Very cute stay for few travelers. Nice and quiet Neighborhood. The Hostess was very nice and responded back quickly to things. It does get a little hot in there, but that’s expected for an attic stay. Street Parking was great! We never had a hard time finding a spot. My sisters and I had a great experience overall.

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting our daughter. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect for the few days we were there. Communication with the host was very good and helpful. Location was good. Stairs were fun to navigate but we did fine. ;) would recommend for someone needing to stay in DC proper.

Clean and well-appointed! The stairs they mention in the listing are no joke! It is an attic apartment! But be prepared to carry your items up and down. I had zero issues. Comfortable bed and linens! Very nice place that I will stay at again when visiting family nearby.

This was the perfect location for us. It was close to family as well as easy access to the Metro. There was never a problem finding parking on the street. And it also increased our step count with all the stairs, but that did not bother us.

It was very cute, clean, and we got a little exercise walking up the stairs! We came up for the Citi Open and the property was extremely close to the court. We did have to get a parking pass for the street, but the owner was very kind and brought it up. The neighborhood also has a few great restaurants and if you wanted to go into DC 14th St is right there.

Wonderful and lots of light

We loved this place. It’s a very attractive space with everything we wanted—lots of windows and several skylights, cozy living room, kitchen with everything, nice bathroom with a big tub, and an excellent bed with a foam mattress. I slept so well on it and had no back pain the next day. We didn’t use the washer and drier.The outside steps aren’t bad; we are late 60’s and 70’s and handled them with no problems. And the house and neighborhood are lovely. We’ll happily stay again.
