A spacious 1 bed 1 bath suite with accessibility features. A king-sized bed, large tub, full kitchen, full laundry, patio & BBQ. Television in the bedroom and a 4K TV in the living room.

The properties accessibility features make it truly unique, with handrails located in the bath and shower area, flat floor between the rooms with no stairs and low countertops in the kitchen.

This location is a 10 minute drive to the YYJ Airport and a 5 minute drive to Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal.

Our accommodations were great, clean, spacious and well equipped. The garden is lovely and tranquil. It is also close to the Main Street, Grocery Store, Restaurants and the ocean. Our hosts were amazing!

Enjoyed our stay.

The shower curtain and french door curtains to the outside are dragging on the floor and should be hemmed. We would have liked to meet the owners in person, but never saw them. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit as well as the peace and quiet. There were many amenities that we appreciated enhancing our stay. A small lamp on the right side of the bed would be useful. Overall, our experience was positive.

This property is wonderful . We stayed for 4-days and the accommodations were wonderful. Washer and dryer are included as well as silverware, dishes, 2-refrigerators and 1- freezer. Television with all the channels. The owners are very kind and are willing to help with any questions. The property is close to town (Sidney BC) and the water front to the bird sanctuary is a block away.

Nice place

Very quiet neighbourhood. Clean and well equipped home. Had no issues checking in and it was great to relax after a day of adventure. Highly recommend staying there.

Perfect stay!

Ethan and Diane's place was fantastic. So charming and a little quirky, clean and cozy and just right! There was more than enough space for the 2 of us, the rooms were big and light and airy and the bed was great (just the right amount of firmness). Ethan and Diane were the perfect hosts - available without being overbearing, communicative and kind (Diane brought epsom salts to my husband after he did his race. How thoughtful is that?!!?) We have stayed 2 other times in Sidney and wished we had found Ethan and Diane's place first. If the weather hadn't been awful, we would have spent much more time on the inviting patio. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this VRBO.

The rental space is in the lower level of the house. Controls for furnace in owners main floor of house. Very nice kitchen and the king size bed very comfortable. Shower and tub in an open space. Designed for handicap use. Back yard is currently under renovation. Airport 10 min, Butchart Gardens 20 min. Sidney is a great location!

Highly recommended - exactly as advertised. Spent the month of January 2024 here. Excellent and convenient location. Spacious Unit fully equipped - as we are both very elderly appreciated all the safety and grab bar aspects. Ethan and Dianne very helpful and friendly hosts. Huge bed comfortable - my wife said very impressive Laundry and kitchen facilities. No problems of any kind - our rating 10+/10

Wonderful accommodations

Wonderful accommodations, we will definitely stay here again. The area is perfect for a walk to the beach (about 3 minutes) , the city center of Sidney was about 15 minute walk. The apartment is immaculate and large. The King size bed was very comfortable, slept like a baby. Utensils for cooking was complete including silverware, pots and pans, etc... Cheaper then a hotel in the area and much larger. I would recommend this to anybody staying in the area (Victoria or Sidney) ..... The apartment has a dryer/washing machine and a dishwasher as well.

Spacious and Super Location

We just loved this handicapped accessible apartment. So comfortable and big. Kitchen is stocked for cooking. Lots of loving touches. Diane and Ethan were great communicators and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the backyard as it was quiet and private and the location was close to downtown Sidney. The bed was super comfortable as well! Overall great!

Location, Location, Location

Very large quiet clean unit, Great soaker tub. Very comfortable large bed. Beautiful private back yard with BBQ. Free unlimited coffee. Easy check in and out. Six minute stroll to two beach front access Cant wait to return ! Our new go to place in Sidney by The Sea !
