Quiet stay in Best Location

This was the perfect place all around, so close to so many amenities/travel to wherever you need to be in Windsor, just off a few side streets & a such a quiet neighbourhood. Most importantly, felt at home for our stay!

Excellent Stay and LUX House in Windsor

The LUX House was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. We were in Windsor for a concert at the Colosseum. The house was in a great location and in a quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Great option for a family

We stayed at Tess’s house for a sports tournament and it was a great option! The house was true to the listing and the neighborhood was safe and conveniently located. Would recommend!

Very nice place to stay. It was a nice neighborhood & a good location for us. My only complaint would be the bed was a little hard for us & maybe some nicer towels. We will be coming back this summer & plan on booking again!!

Our overall experience of Lux House was very positive— the place is extremely clean and well-appointed and everything functioned well. We had 2 concerns: one is a loud-ish “pinging” sound from the basement every 15 minutes that kept my sister awake. The other is that you should know there is a small puddle in one corner of the basement (the sump pump?). Otherwise, the place suited us well.

*Please reserve for the exact amount of people (including children) staying or reservation will be cancelled. Small gathering is allowed during the day but no loud Parties are allowed any time. Any undocumented guest(s) that stays the night will be subject to cancellation without refund. We do not tolerate disrespect, abuse, deceit, or lies.

Please enjoy with care:
- Self check-in keypad for a seamless welcome
-Towels (bath, hand, face towels)
- 2 Bedrooms with Luxury Queen Gel Memory Foam Mattress with Beauty rest Pillows
- Fully functioning kitchen with Keurig (K-cups included with select variety; no milk/cream provided)
- Access to Washer and Dryer (laundry detergent provided)
- Ring Smart Home Security: Front of the house (for both our protection).

Please note:
- Fresh Towels are provided; 1 per person
-Coffees (regular only), water, sugar, paper towel, toilet paper are provided - a token of my appreciation (non-refillable).

- Dish soap, hand soap, cleaning products are provided but please use sparingly & prudently.
- We don't supply hygiene products, cooking spices & cooking oil (most guests prefer to purchase their own; there is Freshco, or Food Basics, nearby grocery store, for all other essentials that you specifically need)
- No burning of candles and please mind your cooking activity. Let's be safe!
- If your reservation lands on garbage/recycling collection days, and if needed, please roll black garbage bin located at the side of the house to the front of the driveway every Wednesday evening; garbage pick-up is every Thursday. Recycling pick-up will be at the front of the house every other Friday morning.

The house has been fitted with anti-smoke and anti-party detectors. No wheelchair access.

We take COVID-19 seriously and ensure proper sanitizing protocols are followed as per Public Health Canada for everyone's health and safety, hence, why there is no late check-out for proper cleaning and ozonating air.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire House and Basement but only for accessing internet modem. You're more than welcome to park your car in our manual garage or at our front driveway as well as street parking is free.
Other things to note
International travelers: You will need a passport and/or Nexus pass to cross the Detroit-Windsor land border. Please check land or air travel requirements & protocols; this is your responsibility. Please abide by 14-day quarantine, if/when necessary along with other border requirements for a smooth travel into Canada. Safe travels & see you soon!
