Aqua Sound - Luxury Villa w/ Private Pool, Beach and Dock

Aqua Sound is situated on the clear waters of Master Harbour, directly on the beach. Twenty-two feet of glass doors and windows across the open concept living and dining rooms frame the stunning view of the bay. Our spectacular terrace, which has ceiling fans and is also shaded by a traditional Bahamian roof, creates the perfect spot for watching the boats sail en route to George Town or just relaxing in the breeze with a good book. The garden has palm trees, oleander, hibiscus and other wonderful tropical plants which are illuminated at night, as is the heated pool.
The entire house is air conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout. It has an open plan living room and dining room which have wonderful views of the bay. There is a very comfortable living room set as well as a TV, stereo, games, puzzles and books. The Dining Room seats 6 people comfortably and has a convenient hatch through to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, wine cooler, electric kettle, toaster, ice cream maker, and mixer. There is a washer and dryer in the 'wash house' next door.
The house consists of 4 ensuite bedrooms.The master suite at the west end of the house is furnished with a king bed, closet, large shower and bath, WC and hairdryer. This room boasts a spectacular view of the bay and Crab Cay and has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. There are 2 guest bedrooms in the main house thateach have two separate twin beds, shower and bath, WC and hairdryer. They both have large closets for storage. There is a separatecottage with a king bed that is just steps from the main house.

The terrace runs the full length of the ocean side of the house. You can enjoy a meal at the large outdoor dining table in the evening or lounge on the deck chairs. The private garden has an abundance of tropical plants (hibiscus, palms, oleander etc.)and also a large paved area for sitting around the pool. The garden and pool can both be lit up at night.The heated pool is a fabulous luxury! It is perfect for jumping into first thing in the morning, refreshing during the day and wonderful for cooling off in the evening while it's lit up!
