You can’t find a better place than this! It’s amazing and so is the owner/property manager! They both guided us through everything we should do to enjoy our experience and the house was so incredibly perfect for enjoying a close family vacation!

Great location. Awesome place for kids to have plenty to do. Very responsive communication and gave us tons of advice on all the things to do down there. Jack and his team were easy to work with.

I have just returned from Jack’s Island House with 10 college friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. The house was perfect for us! The large screen porch was wonderful for hanging out on, and for the night we had a chef come in. The plunge pool was an amazing way for us to relax at the end of the day. The house was equipped with everything we needed including kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling equipment. We loved floating to the sandbar, snorkeling under the dock and absorbing all of the beauty. We can’t wait to book our next trip!

This house was absolutely amazing. There is nothing you could ask for that wasn’t provided, except your food & drink. Comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The kitchen has all the things, make sure to check out the hidden drawers.

Great place to stay, well equipped kitchen, good location between little Exuma and Georgetown. Turtles and blue holes nearby. Couldn't have asked for a better Christmas vacation.

This house was so wonderful and relaxing! We sat by the pool, enjoyed the beach and used all of the water toys; kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear. The house is lovely and perfect for what we were looking for. It is very clean and well stocked with just about EVERYTHING you need while you’re there. Our family of 5 (2 adults & kids ages 22-24)fit in the house perfectly, with everyone having a bedroom and a space of their own. There were a lot of outdoor areas for everyone to relax and explore. I love to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Jack was a great host and full of information. He was so helpful. We’ll definitely be back again. The whole island is so friendly.

Jack's house was perfect for our 2 families. Both bedrooms upstairs are similar and 2 boys slept in the loft an the other 2 slept in the apartment downstairs.Jack and his team were extremely helpful and responsive. They really want you to have a great vacation. Kitchen was very well stocked. Everything you could possibly need. The kayaks and the water trampoline kelt the kids busy when we weren't on boats or jet skis. I would recommend this property. Thank you!

Jack’s Island House was incredible! We had two families, each with 2 kids under 10 and it had everything we could want in a vacation. Kayaking and paddleboarding to the salt flats, swimming in the pool, relaxing on the deck, jumping into the ocean on the rope swing, sitting by the fire pit at night, and everything else that Exuma has to offer around the island, it was a perfect getaway. We would recommend renting an SUV of some kind as the roads off of the main Exuma highway are not easy to navigate in small rental cars. Other than that, have a wonderful time! Jack is a fantastic host and Kay had the place in great shape when we got there. They are great!

Awesome place and awesome vacation! Jack and Kay were very responsive and helpful. Fantastic property and well off the beaten path. Very peaceful. We will be back.

Beautiful Spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jack’s Island House! Easy access to sand bar at low tide as well as the Blue Hole for snorkeling! Renting a boat one day was a great way to see the whole area on other side of island.

Beautiful home !

This place was as advertised. We were able to rent jet skis, and keep them on location. We also got Chef, named Joe Johnson for the week. If you’re looking for a great vacation, I highly recommend this house.

Great family vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family—beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The large dock was ideal for relaxing by the water, and the outdoor showers were a big hit with the kids (they didn’t want to shower inside after trying them!). Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

Beautiful property, I love how the sand and crystal clear water are but a few steps away. All of the beds are super comfy and the kitchen has every appliance you would ever need. Big soft sectional in the living room. Dinner in the screened in porch at sunset is unreal!! We loved hanging out in the dock where we could see all the beautiful fish. Sitting on the suspension bridge is super cool! Also a new pool was put in next to all the palm trees. Our host Jack is such a nice man. He answers your text in a timely manner and would often reach out to us for tips and referrals to all the fun stuff on the island. Also our house manager Kay is the sweetest woman. She pre-stocked our fridge for us and that helped us tremendously! I highly recommend a private chef at least 1 night. It is such a treat! Jack referred Chef Krissy to us and the experience was sooo fun and delicious! Allready making plans to return to paradise.

Incredible property and host!

This is our second visit to Jack’s house. We love the location and Jack and his team are responsive to everything we needed both before we arrived and while we were on island. Another awesome visit to Exuma!

Amazing and peaceful

This is a first class spot. Jack the Owner is terrific to work with. Kay lives in the area and is absolutely amazing you can sit back and relax and she will do all the shopping for your needs to make sure you have a great time!!

Perfect stay

Great property, perfect for large family. Well appointed - everything we could want to relax. Jack was wonderful and Kay was so thoughtful and helpful. It’s off the beaten path and gave us the privacy we wanted to unwind (also, still a short drive to town).

Amazing house and location!

Jack's Island House is the perfect getaway for friends or families! The house is well stocked, clean, and sits right on the water with amazing views all around! Jack and team communicated exceptionally well, with multiple recommendations and suggestions that enhanced our stay. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can!!

Jack's Island House is a Island Paradise!

We first stayed at Jack's Island House several months ago with our kids. It was so great we decided to go back with friends! Jack and his team are amazing and every part of the house and process is well orchestrated. The house is amazing in the perfect location. You will not be disappointed staying at Jack's House.
