Sandy Dunes is the perfect luxury Sawgrass retreat. Remodeled and stylishly decorated 1 story condo is located in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach, close to boutique shopping and dining.

This fully furnished, well appointed golf course condo has 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a large family room and separate enclosed sunroom where you can enjoy golf course views and find your morning inspiration or reflect upon the day's events as you unwind each evening. The kitchen has all new appliances and amenities to prepare a light snack or a large family meal, living/dining combo, in-unit laundry and
two (2) parking spaces in front.

Immerse yourself in the salt life in Ponte Vedra with close beach access - enjoy daily walks on the beach hunting for shells, starfish and sharks teeth. Listen to the sound of the waves, feel the warmth of the sun and ocean breezes on your skin as you marvel at the morning's is Ponte Vedra Living at its finest!

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Great condition and awesome management

We had some last minute changes to our trip due to weather and a hospitalization, and the management company for this property was extremely responsive and flexible. The property was also perfect. You cannot go wrong with them.

Clean, spacious and in a great location

The condo was beautiful and as pictured in the ad. We had great communication with the owner who answered all of our questions. My only suggestion is add a keyless entry if possible and some more dishes.

The condo manager James was a pleasure to work with, he assisted with setting up everything for our visit it was so easy. The condo was near everything inside the community. The only thing it was missing was beach towels.

Bright, spacious, comfortable and clean !

This condo is bright, spacious, clean and updated. Great location, central to everything. Ten minute walk to beach. Condo should supply beach chairs and beach towels. No mattress pad for king bed. Could use more hooks to hang towels in bathroom. Also, only about 6 coat hangers available for all three bedrooms. Otherwise, beautiful condo, had a lovely stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me say that I've been extremely satisfied with the company in the past. The unit was fabulous. However, due to the mandatory evacuation order our stay was abbreviated and no refund was given for the night we missed. They did give us our late checkout fee back but considering the circumstances, and the fact that the majority of our friends were allowed to check in to their units or offered a refund for one night, a bad taste was left in my mouth. The unit was fantastic though. Highly recommend this location.

Beautiful property that needs some updating/cleaning

Perfect location for this nicely decorated property. Primary shower needs a heavy duty cleaning with a steamer to remove mold and years of buildup on grout. Dining room rug terribly stained, dining chairs stained. Needs new pillows. Otherwise a beautiful property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great vacation home. We had a great time. The only thing that I was confused about was I thought there was suppose to be a washer and dryer but when we got there wasn’t one. It’s okay because we only stayed for 6 days. Other than that we had a really good time. We would definitely come again.

A good three months stay during a time of significant aggravation

We supplied many of our own kitchen utensils. There are serious leaks around the skylights on the porch.
