Upon entering you'll be instantly drawn to the water backdrop that certainly offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

This spacious unit offers 3 generous sized bedrooms all with built in robes, the main bedroom offers a full ensuite and sliding glass doors opening up to a balcony offering enviable sea vista's. The open plan design delivers a sizable lounge, dining and kitchen area that are all tastefully furnished and offer everything you could need.

Other conveniences of the property include:
- an internal laundry with washing machine and Dryer.
- one parking space available in the remote controlled secure undercover parking area.

- Dishwasher in kitchen.
- Tastefully furnished.

- New air-conditioning.

Located just a short walk to the main township, you'll have supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, taverns and professional services right at your fingertips. Coffs Harbour Airport is located a quick 30 minute drive north, so a trip to Sydney or Brisbane is over in no time. If you’re an avid swimmer, fisherman or just like strolling along the beach we've got that covered too with shelly beach and the V wall at your door step.
NB:
- 3 night minimum bookings
- Top floor unit, must climb 3 flights of stairs to enter unit. No lift available. 
- No air-conditioner, however ample ventilation, ocean breezes and pedestal fans provided.
- Toiletries are NOT provided, please bring your own products, for example soap, shampoo, spare toilet paper etc.

Nice holiday property

We had a great stay here & will happily stay here again. The Property was clean & tidy with a home away from home feeling. It had everything we needed & the views were absolutely beautiful. No air-conditioning which concerned us when we booked but it didn't get very hot while we were there so it wasnt needed anyway. Highly recommended 👌

It’s all about the view

From before sunrise until long after the stars came out this property had spectacular views. The apartment is huge and is very well maintained with everything we needed for our stay. Such a relaxing experience and we will be back.

Great location! Food, beaches, swimming all within walking distance. Unit is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It could definitely use air conditioning or fans though, we booked without checking this. Parking is secure but very tight/small spaces, we were lucky as no one was parked next to us, but I would not take anything larger than a small SUV there.

Location, location, location and absolutely amazing views. Less than a 5 minute walk to a couple of local restaurants and the pub. A little longer, but walkable, to a Woolworths and main street. Quiet unit block of only 6. Well equipt kitchen, clean and comfortable. Downside no ceiling fans or AC. Would go back again.

This apartment was clean and very well-appointed for our stay and I would highly recommend it. The garage parking is a little snug, and there are a few stairs to get to the apartment (in case you are travelling with the elderly or someone who needs easily accessible accommodation)

Wonderful unencumbered view of the water, in peaceful area (even when 'summer busy' at peak). A short walk to family friendly small beaches to paddle and play on the sand with ample fishing spots and lots of paddling and floating. A short stroll to some lovely cafes and family friendly pub/pavilion. The location is great. And a short drive up the hill takes you to the township and more cafes, eateries and supermarkets. The accommodation was very clean, well set-up, with dishwasher, washing machine and two bathrooms. The block is very quiet and other tenants barely seen or heard. Check in/out was very easy. Do note that there's 3 flights of stairs but they are well-lit and carpeted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect place to unwind, taking time to cook on the BBQ and watch the views, and also use the bigscreen TV for movie nights. We definitely relaxed in this well-appointed and well located apartment, which can cater for small families or large. The community felt safe and welcoming even at one of the busiest times of the year. We plan to come back.

The location is terrific, very close to the V Wall Pavillion, and Wharf Street Cafe and Matilda’s and the Main Street at Nambucca is less than 15 mins walk away.Superb views across the estuary. The couches and bedding are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.

Quiet relaxing getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for our intended getaway, looking to relax, walk and swim. Very scenic beaches and walking paths. The unit is clean, spacious and comfortable, although could definitely use air conditioning or fans (we booked without checking this). Parking, whilst secure, is very tight, we were lucky as no one parked next to us during our stay, otherwise it might have been a problem. The hot water unit also appears to be small, we ran out of hot water on the first day and there were only three of us, so I'm not sure how it would handle six people. Even though there are two bathrooms, it seemed to cope better if only one person showered at a time.
