Lazy Daze is a lovely two-bedroom vacation retreat three houses from the sugar sand beach of Anna Maria.

With a spacious living room, full kitchen and dining room with seating for six, Lazy Daze is your home away from home. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom, and the guest room has two twin beds. A queen sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping arrangements for additional guests. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The sparkling pool is the highlight of the backyard and is surrounded by pool loungers, a gas grill and umbrellas for shade.

We had a great week. The house was perfect, so close to the beach, decorated with a cute beach theme. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. A/C worked well. The private pool was an added bonus, but the water was very warm, felt like bath water. Check in was super easy and rental manager communicated well and was quick to fix a minor issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Affordable - Great Location

First renters after the cleanup from two hurricanes - we had some issues, but we were able to work through them with the property management company. The island is still recovering, but the businesses are happy to see people back. This property as well as many on the island don't have the curb appeal you would expect as there is still a lot of sand, but that shouldn't stop anybody from visiting. Beach was open and just a 5 minute walk away. We rented bikes but never used them. We found a golf cart was a better alternative. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of sheets/blankets/pillows/towels provided. Pool was clean and a comfortable temperature. Water pressure in the master bath was not good. MB toilet was finicky when flushing. Beach cart and 4 beach chairs were provided. Overall a pleasant experience given the devastation from the prior month.

Cute house with a very short walk to the beach

This house is just like I remembered, but now it has a pool. It was fun to come back here and visit. The island is still a great place for a family visit. The walk to the beach is incredibly short from the front door and the restaurants all within a mile are still fantastic. Checkin and checkout was easy and the place felt clean. Thanks.

Easy 4 minute walk to a lovely beach

Cute little place and we’d definitely stay here again!! The kitchen had almost no drinking cups that weren’t glass. Tongs would have been nice to have in the kitchen as well.

We stayed at the Lazy Daze on 5/4-5/11.The house was a cute home and the pool was refreshing and private .The location to the beach was perfect. We stayed with family we had a great time we are already planning on coming back next year! We have been to AMI 4 times and can’t wait to come again!

Spring Break stay

Great house, close to the beach with a great pool. Everything was just as described in the listing and the ability for us to get to the beach quickly for sunset was great. Communication with the property manager was great, they were responsive to the one or two questions I had and very helpful. If there were any negative at all it is that this location is not really near (easy walking distance) a lot of restaurants or shops so you will need to take the trolley, car or have a golf cart to get to a lot. Overall great stay and I would stay here again for sure.

Spring Break at Laze Daze

Location can't be beat – VERY short walk to the beach (approx. 200-300 feet) so no need to worry about parking or forgetting something back at the rental. The pool was great with plenty of shade and seating. Utilized daily after the beach and especially on days that were a little windy for the beach. Although as a result of the wind while we were there a lot of debris from the landscaping palms (very nicely arranged with privacy from neighbors) got blown into it that we had to skim out every day. No onsite pool vacuum which would have been very helpful for daily cleanings as the skimmer wasn't enough with the wind and debris. It is an an older home but has clearly been updated and appeared to be freshly painted inside and out. AC was nice, though a little loud when it turned on an off. Beds and living room furnishings very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and serve ware. There were 4 good beach chairs and a beach cart in the shed that we utilized, as well as beach towels separate from the bathroom towels. The foosball room was also a nice addition. Relative to other rentals we've had there weren't really any leftover consumables from previous guests (laundry and dish detergent, aluminum foil, extra garbage bags, etc.) but the rental agency gave us a starter pack to get us through the first few days. Rental company very attentive and responsive. Overall we had a wonderful stay and really liked the rental. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect Island getaway

This cute place had everything we wanted close access to the beach without crossing busy streets, beautifully maintained pool and back area, and house that was perfect for 5 adults. We had a grand time - will be back.

Best Kept Secret!!!

To start off this house is as cute as can be. I think it is new to AMLV, so I was worried, but it was super clean and I can tell they have started to redecorate the house. First it is super close to the beach, I mean under 1 minute you are on the sand!!! Great for families with small children, the pool area is a peaceful dream....The house has new appliances and new smart TVs in every room.. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out. It has a new smart AC inside ( a little difficult) but we loved it. We stayed during the 4th of July and fireworks on the beach were amazing. I love the kitchen table and the floors... I can't say enough good things about this property, we are already planning our next stay, AMLV never disappoints!!! I would recommend perhaps updating the bathrooms, (still nice) they do seem a little dated, also they need to add some new beach equipment, we had to rent some chairs, there is a wagon. We left some pool floats (pool lights would be nice as well) since there weren't any. Also I would advise to get some black out curtains, the blinds are super nice but on sunny days it can be a bit much.. I still think the house is well worth it, no matter the little details that can be fixed with time. I hope I have helped ease your mind, don't hold out on this rental, get it while you can!!!! The kitchen also has everything you can possibly need, there is a book of instructions for everything you can think of.
