We built our dream getaway in 2021 and want to share our space with you!
Our cottage features a modern, clean look and high ceilings. We have lots to do for the family. Enjoy sitting on one of our two balcony’s with comfortable furniture and propane fire table or relax by the indoor fireplace in the cooler months. We have a new patio below the deck and a fire pit. We also have a pool table, darts, and foosball too. * NEW * We now have a Nordic spa! Featuring a hot tub, WOOD BURNING sauna, and cold plunge (warm months only). ***Please note we do not provide firewood***.

This wonderful property is in a quiet neighborhood close to the Pinery. We stayed here for a second time and fully enjoyed the amenities of the game room, hot tub and wood burning sauna. It's a real treat to spend time with friends and family here. We will definitely return.

Our family enjoyed a long-weekend stay at this property and had a really good time. The facility has much to offer with all kinds of entertainment options, from great tv watching, to the beautiful balcony, hot tub, sauna, pool table, foosball table and dart board, to just sitting in the very comfortable living room enjoying each other's company. We found the neighbourhood to be very quiet, and the backyard has excellent privacy.You can drive to several beach options quite quickly, and we loved being able to walk on the beach for awhile, and then being able to return to the rental in just a few minutes. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped and we had fun prepping meals together. A great stay overall!

Perfect place for both entertaining and unwinding. Home was very quiet/peaceful, had lots of natural light, and perfect for a long weekend. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, & anything you'd need to help make a meal. The hot tub did not disappoint -- very clean, plenty warm, and overlooks a peaceful yard & farm land behind the house. A quick 10-15 minites and you're on the main strip in Grand Bend or at the grocery store. Great location that's close to a lot, but feels quite secluded. Check in & out instructions were clearly communicated and easy to follow. Would stay for sure stay again.

This was a perfect spot for our girls getaway. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic. We also enjoyed playing pool and relaxing in the living-room with gorgeous high ceilings.The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed.Close to Shale Ridge winery, Twin Pines Orchards and Grand Bend is a short drive away. 10/10

A beautiful, welcoming home! The location is great, as there are many things to do in the area. The host was very pleasant and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family and plan to re-book if there are ever future visits!

Nice stay. Close to many things to do.

Nice and clean. We enjoyed the Pinery being so close. We also liked Grand Bend and the Glen Rock waterfalls. Great indian food at Curry Corner 30 min away.

This is a lovely, newly built home with lots of fun amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The big game room on the lower level is fantastic. Having one of the two bathrooms on the lower level is handy for the usage of the hot tub, cool plunge and sauna. The upstairs living space with kitchen and bedrooms is spacious. We also enjoyed both balconies. The location is perfect for visiting the Pinery. We would definitely book again.

Me and my family of 5 adults had an amazing week here. The house itself is gorgeous and very spacious, 3 br with very comfortable queen size beds ine of the rooms has bunks, there are 2 bathrooms, one on upper level with a huge walk in shower and the lower level bath has a shower and tub. Absolutely everything was available here, from spices to sewing kits and eveything in between is stocked - plates, glasses, cookware, games, coffee along with 3 coffee machines including an espresso/cappuccino maker. Towels, linens and extra pillows are available. The games room is incredible with a pool table, dart board, fooseball table, flat screen tv and a bar plus Alexa will play any playlist you want. There is a balcony off the main br that faces the font and a larger back balcony that has a sofa, fire table and gas fuled bbq, there is a fire pit hot tub, sauna and trampoline in the backyard. Lots to do here, and near by: Ipperwash beach is 9 minute car ride away, Pinery Provincial Park is a 3 minute car ride, Grand Bend main beach/strip is 15 minute drive. Finally the owner Ashly is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have right away. There is free wifi, 4 large flat screen tv's, a great location, fast acting owner...there is nothing negative to say about this place! Thanks for hosting our family Ashly, we would love to come back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The home was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a week-long getaway. Ashley was fantastic to work with, she answered all of our questions promptly and made the check-in process seamless.The property offers a spacious backyard with two separate decks, making it the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind with an afternoon drink while reading a book or soaking up the sun.Inside, there was plenty of room for everyone. The three bedrooms were all a great size, and each had its own TV, which was a nice touch. The garage had been converted into a fun games room, and the property also included a sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub. We especially enjoyed the hot tub it was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day.The only downside is that there isn't a beach within walking distance, so you'll need to drive and pay for parking if you plan to spend time at the beach. That said, the home itself more than made up for it, and we would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.Overall, I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay.
