The home features a nice open living area, great for entertaining or gathering with the entire family. The home opens up to a serene pond vire, south-facing pool. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is fully stocked with everything you need, including both a standard and Keurig coffee maker. The large island with bar seating for five has room for the entire spread! Gather around the two dining tables that seat twelve and six each. The living room has an extra large sofa, with a 75” wall-mounted smart tv and cable.

The private pool area also has plenty of seating, with a living area that seats five and a dining area that seats eight undercover. Guests will also drift away in relaxation while enjoying the four lounge chairs next to the spillover spa. This is a great spot to take in the Florida sun or simply watch the birds fly in the thermals above the pond! This home has a child safety fence for protection and added Florida screen for privacy. There is a half bath downstairs off the dining room with pool access.

When guests are not outside enjoying the Florida weather, they can escape to fun in the games room. This room has hours of fun in store, with both a foosball and fun size basketball game. For the arcade fans in the family, they will find arcade games, no coins needed! The gamers can sit back and enjoy the side-by-side PlayStation 4 gaming stations with wall-mounted tvs. There is surely something for everyone in this adventurous room!

Wind down the evening in the upstairs loft living area, which has two sofas and a 70” smart tv to enjoy your favorite shows, movies, or games. The loft also has a workstation for those needing to get some work done.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Only preregistered vehicles will be allowed through the guard gate. Max of 4 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
