Lovely, quiet & clean

The owner was very friendly, we had a great time! There was also a good stock of supplies in the place, including snacks, cutlery, dishes, etc, which made the stay very comfortable. Would stay here again!

We had a great time in this clean semi basement suite with a well-equipped kitchen that is located within a walkable distance to the skytrain! The host was hospitable and very communicative with us throughout our stay here.

This is an extremely clean spacious and comfortable apartment. The area is quiet and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend.

Vancouver Stay

Property was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. Quite area close to shopping mall and transport. Owner was extremely helpful and comunicated whenever we asked a question. Would certainly recommend this accommodation.

Clean and convenient

This place is beautifully clean and a convenient walking distance from shopping and the Skytrain. Although it is close to major arteries the neighbourhood is quiet at night. Laundry facilities are an added bonus.

We loved being close to the sky train and easy access to downtown and airport. It is a residential area so not a lot close by but it worked for us. The space was excellent and comfortable.

We made a good choice

This place was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed 5 days. It was very clean, had everything we needed, good location. Close to the mall and skytrain. Nice neighborhood. Very helpful and friendly owners. We would come back again. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a romantic getaway

The property is cozy, clean and inviting. It is located in a quiet area of town. I live in a basement suite and i was pleasantly surprised with how quiet this suite was. We didn't hear anything from other parts of the home. We would definitely stay here again.

Peace and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a peaceful, private and quiet stay and that's what we found. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drink and decided to leave a few juice drinks there for the next guests. Thanks much!

Great!

Great accomodation! Everything you wound want and need, its clean, spacious, and just great overall :) And your close to both BC's largest mall Metropolis at Metrotown, as well as to Royal Oak, the neareast Skytrain station. Also, the communication with the host is great and they answer quickly :)

Good location

We stayed for a week. The house was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. It is close to both metro town and royal oak station. Fanzi was very responsive. Overall a very good stay

Quick and easy

This property is in a beautiful neighbourhood. Easy access to Metrotown mall and the skytrain. The unit was perfectly clean. I enjoyed having coffee creamer packages

Burnaby is a-ok!

The place was beautifully clean, an no funny smells. Farther from town than we anticipated, farther from the stores and restaurants too. Just took adjusting our daily trips out to account for the distance. Very safe neighborhood and we greatly appreciate that. Do note, there are about 8 outside stairs to negotiate so if you have heavy bags, that’s a consideration too.
