The Space:
This 2,072 sq ft resort home is perfect for a family or larger groups traveling to the vacation capital of the world and visiting Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is located in a nice quiet, gated residential resort community called High Grove, which offers amenities and activities for guests and is only 9.4 miles away from Disney World!

The main spaces of the home:

- A warm and inviting LIVING ROOM with lots of comfortable sofas and lounging space and a TV with cable – a perfect spot for downtime moments together at home.

- There is a DINING area next to the living room with a table that can seat 6 for a relaxed meal at home at any time. Great to dine in and save money plus, you could also use the table as a laptop-friendly workspace if you’re a remote worker and must get work done.

- There is a fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home, even the extras like a coffee maker for your morning perk-ups and a DISHWASHER for easy cleanups.

- There’s a BREAKFAST BAR at the kitchen counter with 3 bar stools for extra seating and also a great spot to check your email over coffee!

- 4 BEDROOMS (all have TVs!), 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath to comfortably accommodate 8 people as such:

- Wait until you see the IN-HOME GAME & FUN ROOM! The garage was converted to be the fun spot in the home with air hockey, pool table, TV, and sofa lounge seating for spectators!

- There’s a WASHER and DRYER, IRON and IRONING BOARD & HAIRDRYER in the home for added convenience.

High Grove is a gated residential community with a clubhouse swimming pool, mini-golf, kids playground, table tennis, grill & picnic area. There’s also a fitness center, arcade room, cyber cafe, and golf club rental on site. Check out the clubhouse for a list of activities too for your children to enjoy, like movies, Xbox Kinect, crafts, and more. The clubhouse also offers drinks, water, snacks, and ice cream available for purchase.

The home is also very conveniently situated, just a short drive to major superstores such as Target, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. Let this be your peaceful home-away-from-home with a private pool (not heated), all surrounded by Florida’s lush beauty and tranquil views.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and your private pool during your stay. And, of course, access to the resort amenities on site.

- Centrally located near all the major theme parks and attractions in the Orlando area – only 9.4 miles to Disney!

WiFi, Cable TV, linens, and towels are provided free during your stay.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items will not be replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

The A/C unit can also be set to heat as well. We ask that you please don't set it any higher than 80℉.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.

The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. To request this service, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowe

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided within 24 hours before your arrival.
