On the traditional lands of the Ramindjeri people, Allawah is the perfect place to sit and stay a while. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this spacious house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and boasts a variety of quality features and modern amenities. Allawah is the perfect setting to relax and unwind, with expansive views of both the Encounter Bay coastline and countryside.

SLEEP

Offering 3 spacious bedrooms, Allawah provides guests with premium bedding and stylish decor. The master bedroom houses a king bed and ensuite, while the second and third bedrooms feature a queen and 2 singles with a spacious shared bathroom. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and amenities, including hairdryers, allowing you to arrive stress free.

EAT

The fully equipped kitchen is prepared to handle meals of all sizes with ample pantry and fridge space, as well as a large 900mm oven and 6 burner gas stovetop. Prepare your morning coffee while overlooking panoramic views of the surrounding valley through the large window splashback. Enjoy meals on the 3m long kitchen island, at the 8 seater dining room table or outside on the deck where an entertainers paradise awaits.

RELAX

Relax and unwind in the living room with the wood burning fireplace and your favourite movies or TV shows on the 72” smart TV. Lay back and enjoy the views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, or step outside onto the deck to enjoy the sunshine.
PLAY

Beach towels and accessories are available to make your stay stress-free and enjoyable. For rainy days, puzzles and games are on hand, or make use of the high-speed WiFi available throughout the house.

MISCELLANEOUS

A fully equipped European laundry is available for your use.

Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on the carport, however, plenty of street parking is available on the quiet cul-de-sac. Please note, the path from the carport to the house is steep and likely unsuitable for those with mobility limitations.

Allawah is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels after hours. Parties and excessive noise are not welcomed.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets on the premises as there is no fencing or enclosed space surrounding the house, however smaller dogs could be negotiated upon inquiry. Please note that the steps down to the home are quite steep and may not be accessable to people with mobility issues.

Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
