Great Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place exceeded our needs and expectations! Large, well appointed house with everything on hand. Good location being a short walk to beaches, shops & pub/bowls club. Already looking at a return visit. Could do with a overhaul/new BBQ though.

Excellent property with all rooms with en-suite and close to amenities,large rooms great kitchen and family area, Pool could be better with gas or heat pump as to cold in winter,and would be good to have activities available for kids I.E table tennis or pool table.

Property is fabulous and we will definitely be back. A few minor comments:1. Frying pans were extremely dirty and stained. We had to soak and scrub them before using. 2. Stairs outside require rail and/or sensor light.Everything else was great!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. We’d love to stay again! The only thing that we felt wasn’t perfect was the oven door didn’t close properly and the front gate fell off the hinge so my husband tried to fix it, but otherwise it was neat and tidy and had everything we needed to make our stay a relaxing time for our family celebration. Walking distance to facilities and the beach - so easy! Great customer service from Ray White. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Retreat in an Unbeatable Location

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 48a Booran Street, Point Lookout and it was a fantastic choice for a large family getaway.The house is very spacious and well suited to groups, with the added bonus of multiple bedrooms having their own ensuites, which made everything feel comfortable and private. The kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy to cook and cater for everyone without needing anything extra. The large outdoor setting was perfect for relaxed meals and time together.The inground pool is a great feature, although it is not visible from the main house. The location really stands out — an easy walk to shops, cafes, beaches, and the boardwalks. Everything is close by, making it ideal for a relaxed, car-free holiday. Overall, a perfect spot for a family stay in Point Lookout.

The kitchen has all utensiles you need and the swimming pool was very fun for the kids. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend. Plus, price was fair as well.
