The property was not up to standard. My elderly parents chose not to stay because the property was not clean, they refused to sleep in the bed because of the state of the linen and the property had no heating.I am seeking a full refund. I have spoken to the Property owner who was most embarrassed and apologetic. She has agreed to the full refund.

Ae sincere apologies and first time this has happened. Good lesson learnt for us indeed, especially as it was our kaumtua returning home for tangihanga, aue taukiri e! Just one of those crazy busy weeks. There is a heater in there too. Absolutely full refund and a complimentary night for this whanau. Nui te aroha!!
