Property and host were lovely

Jenna was a fantastic host! She was very committed to making our stay comfortable and understanding about some accommodations we needed. The property itself was very comfortable and sparkling clean. It was a perfect little spot for 2 people.

Just What We Needed

We were in Pittsburgh for family weekend at Pitt, and this property was just what we needed, a clean place to sleep that wasn't ridiculously expensive. The studio had everything we could have needed.

Solid cute little place. Lots of stairs and the shower is small, but other than that i had no problems. Property owner was very flexible and was very responsive.

The property is an attic “apartment” with the classical musty smell. The furniture is worn out and there are some things like falling hooks, rusty main entrance door that should be taken care of. There is a single AC unit in a window blowing more towards the level below instead of the living area, is very noisy and inefficient. The neighborhood is not a good one and feels unsafe, although we did not have any issues. The owners are very good with communication but it does not compensate for the apartment itself.

Great Stay

This was all we were looking for our stay - reasonably priced and clean. My husband had trouble in the shower due to the height of the shower head, but he managed. We arrived after 9 pm during a snow storm - we would have appreciated some available snow removal tools for the steps. We wound up using our snow brush from our car for the steps so we didn't bring the mess into the apartment, as well as have frozen steps to walk down in the morning. We would stay here again.

Clean and small. Lots of stairs. Parking (free) was always available right in front of the unit. There really wasn't much to do close by, so we went into the city for entertainment. I was much too tall for the shower, but otherwise the place met our needs and we enjoyed it.

Lovely little apartment

Property and managment were amazing. Very thoughtfuly furnished and absolutely amazing views of the sunrise. Was a little bit embarrassed not being able to wash the bed clothes and do a load of towels. Maybe a linen bag could be left so guests could clean up a little bit more after themselves. I would recomend the management and this apartment to friends, and we will hopefully be staying again with them.

A week in the burgh!

My husband and I stayed here for a week, and we enjoyed our stay. We used this basically as a crash pad while we explored all over the city for the week. It was conveniently located, never took us very long to get anywhere, even if we went all the way to outer suburbs. The apartment was clean and cute, and it had all the amenities you’d want. There are lots of stairs so we got our workouts in, but it wasn’t terrible. The AC unit was definitely utilized as it got a bit warm since we were up high, but it was quick to cool things down. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Clean, comfortable efficiency

I had a comfortable stay at this quiet, clean efficiency rental. The place is organized and it’s easy to find things. Kitchen basics like pots and dishes are easy to find and in good shape. Everything seemed to be in working order. Parking was easy on either side of the street. Rules for the unit are clearly posted and logical/understandable. No one on site interfered with my privacy. The only caveat I’d share with other visitors is that the stairs to reach the unit are steep, so please take that into consideration if you have limited mobility.

Loft review

The loft had everything we needed for out stay. It was very clean and near restaurants and Heinz field. The only I would recommend is to post a picture of the flight of steps that lead up to the apartment. I have copd and it was a struggle for me but good thing I brought my nebulizer so I was able to take my breathing treatments. I don't think we would have stayed there if I knew how many stairs we needed to climb to get to the apartment.

Great studio getaway for good price.

Enjoyed my stay. This place is a small retreat and great bargain in the Southside neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Place was exactly as advertised, communication with owner was great, place was clean and welcoming. Those who wish to stay should be comfortable with stairs (and navigation with luggage) as there is a full set leading to the unit.

Attentive owners, easy access to South Side and downtown

Jenna and Chris made sure we had a safe and pleasant stay. When we noticed a problem with the outside stairs, they had someone fixing them the very next day. The property location provides easy access to the south side and downtown. Overall very pleased and would recommend to others.
