Looking for the ultimate comfortable and relaxing vacation? Here is the perfect choice for you.

Our brand-new guest house is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. On top of that, you will also have your own private entrance and a front yard.

The space
The bedroom is cozy and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a large wardrobe, a
study desk/a dressing table with a mirror and LED lights-wearing your makeup like a movie star.

Additional mattress and bedding for 1 extra guest can be provided upon request.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a toaster, electric stove, rangehood, refrigerator, microwave, etc, so you can easily prepare your own meals during your stay.

The modern bathroom has high-pressure infinity gas hot water. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

All linen and towels are supplied without any charge.

Fibre WiFi included. HD Smart TV with popular apps, such as Netflix, Prime Video, Chromecast, etc.

On-street parking right outside the house.

Guest access
Ranch slider opening up to the deck with great sun. Large double-glazed windows for lots of natural light. You will also have your own private entrance and front yard.

Cozy place with everything you need

The unit is outfitted with anything you could possibly need, and although it is a relatively small space, we found it adequate for us (a couple small dog). Caleb was very responsive and communicative. Great host, great space, and we really enjoyed Wellington. Would recommend!

Very small

Ok for a couple. We were 2 ladies with dogs . Im sure I had put Upper Hutt in my search but was happy with what I thought was Lower Hutt. But no it was 30 mins from our show. The parking for 2 cars with dogs was on street which we didnt like. Bathroom was VERY small. Dont think I would stay there again.

Has everything you need. Caleb the host was very good at communicating and even came over to show me how to work the stove top.

Happy Havana Guest House

Perfect little book a Bach for myself, my daughter and our wee dog. Has everything you need and the location is perfect in a quiet subdivision that is an easy drive to the city. Would definitely recommend for singles or couples, and great for a small dog.

Tidy but noisy!

Compact little studio unit, suitable for one adult or a couple. Location is very high up the hills and the wind noise and vibration on the unit meant almost no sleep for 3 nights. The fridge was not switched on for my arrival, and didn't realise til morning after i had loaded things into it the night before. Waste water uses a pump to extract which is also noisy, especially in the night. Very cold, had to have both heaters running, and couldn't find any spare blankets etc. Location was convenient in terms of travel, but you sacrifice peace and quiet and warmth for that.

We really enjoyed our stay, ideally the tiny home is suited to 1-2adults but we made it work with 3. Everything is supplied-linen, teas coffee milk, there were heaters, toaster, microwave, oven and jug. It's very professional. The neighborhood is very quiet and high end. It is close to the main highway but you can't hear traffic at all. Will definitely stay again

Tiny Home on a Hill

Great location & View. Only issue was muddy - patchy grass for Pups from all the rain & lite rug. Besides that nice location for a couple with Pups. Could use comfy sofa.

Great place to stay !!

We absolutely loved our stay here , it was clean , modern , warm and comfortable Perfect for a short stay . It was quiet and peaceful the location is great as you are only in short distance of anywhere u need to go. We really appreciated the host Caleb being extremely friendly and helpful before and throughout our stay. And I could also have my little dog there with us which just made it that much better. It’s definitely smaller than the pics make it look however it is a tiny home and for the price i would defiantly recommend it . the host does live behind you while u stay which is not mentioned however it is not a problem as you feel u have your own privacy and u don’t see them anyway I didn’t have a problem with it at all, communication with Caleb was excellent, would definitely come back , thanks for everything !

Cute Tiny Home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! We were grateful for the space heaters that were provided because we stayed during the winter months. The place was supplied with the dishes we needed in the kitchen. The bed was very comfy!

Amazing rental !

Amazing rental that looks brand new, impeccably clean, well equiped and perfectly located near a highway acess. Host is friendly and welcoming, available and helpful if needed and does the extra mile to make you feel at home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
