The ground floor beckons with a generously appointed living room, ideal for gatherings, and a fully equipped open kitchen where you can effortlessly prepare delightful meals. Two cozy bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized bed and one with an ensuite bathroom, are conveniently located on this level, ensuring comfort and convenience.

As you ascend to the second floor, a realm of enchantment unfolds. The upstairs bedrooms offer a variety of experiences: a delightful Twin bunk room, a regal Full-sized room, a comfortable Queen-sized room, and a refreshing room with 2 Twin beds.A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Enjoy the private swimming pool with spa out on the patio and grill poolside with family or friends. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $60 for pool heat.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. The Championsgate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however, any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.
