Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. With all the room in the world, listen to the sounds of the ocean, or take a short walk to swims and panoramic coastal views. This stylish, air-conditioned, split-level guesthouse is self contained & even includes a desk for work stays. Leave all your cares behind in our quiet neighbourhood, or balance work with The Headland Walk, SUP, surf, fish, or play golf. At night, enjoy a large TV & unlimited, fast Wifi. NB. Not suitable for children.
Mountain views and extra space gives you room to breath and relax. Large, flat-screen TV, Unlimited, high-speed Wi-fi, Full kitchen including oven and stovetop, Washing machine & dryer, and Air-conditioning and your own private outdoor lounge space – all included.
The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge, full oven, grill and stove-top. We’re not far from some awesome cafes and restaurants too which we can recommend.
Though at the back of the property (and there may be others staying in the main house or front studio sharing the driveway), the whole back guesthouse/loft is private and separate.

Minnamurra and Kiama are popular for bike riding, but there is also a train station 50m away, and a bus stop around the corner. Street parking is always available and free.
We live about 5 minutes down the road, and are available if you have any questions or issues during your stay. Please get in touch via the AirBNB app.
Mostly owners, the neighbourhood is quiet and people are friendly
Plenty of street parking. The train station is 50m away. The bus stop is just around the corner.
You will be walking through the backyard of the main house to get to the property, so please be respectful of other guests that may be enjoying that space.
The outdoor cushions can be found in the cupboard in the dining area. Please bring them inside again if you think it’s going to rain. Cheers!
Please be aware that the garage may be accessed from time to time, but this is done through a separate entrance that does not disturb your privacy.
Alongside a car park, this property also allows street parking.
