Wi-Fi and ceiling fans. Excellent neighborhood, lots of greenery, two blocks from Perequê beach, near Ardhentia Praia Shopping Mall. Also close to supermarkets, banks, restaurants, etc. Daily rate R$ 200.00 for up to 4 people (special offer for the month of May). For more than 4 people, R$ 60.00 per person.
