The Space

A clean, private studio set in a leafy Port Macquarie suburb, well suited to couples, solo travellers, and students on placement who want a comfortable, practical base while enjoying the area during the day.

Guests consistently comment on the spotless cleanliness, clear communication, and how accurately the studio matches the description and photos. We aim to offer excellent value, so you can spend more on local experiences rather than just accommodation.

The studio is spacious, uncluttered, and designed for ease and comfort.

*IMPORTANT NOTE* : The studio is located downstairs within our family home. As such, you will hear natural household sounds during your stay.

Most guests find the space peaceful and comfortable, however if you are particularly sensitive to everyday living noise or seeking complete silence, this may not be the ideal fit.

Clean, spacious and comfortable unit. The studio was well stocked and communication with the host was excellent. 5mins drive into town, with a Coles nearby. Highly recommend.

We loved the vibe of the house It was peaceful and beautiful. As I m a clean freak so I must say that property was very very clean … we just loved it And of course host was just awesome . Very nice and cooperative . Really enjoyed and will definitely choosing this for next time.

Perfect place - too bad about the weather

We were very happy with the accommodation. There was plenty of room and everything was provided to make out stay enjoyable. The fact that it rained the whole time we were there was a bummer but that had nothing to do with the unit or the host. Would recommend this to any single or couple visiting Port Macquarie.

Private and Spacious

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed. The studio was lovely and comfortable with everything you would need. Great quiet location, just a short drive to the beach and shops. There was parking onsite. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place in central area

Being new to the area it was close to everything needed. I had a teenager with me so it was close to the shops and beaches. Owner was great and helped me with everything needed. Price is great! Can not fault a thing. If i could advise a bigger bin that would be my only critic. Definitely will be back again!
