Wedgewood 324 - Cute Condo!

This property has so much to offer, you will want to come back all the time. Wedgewood #324 is a 2nd floor 2BR/2BA Condo located right on the golf course in Barefoot Resort.

This nicely decorated condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in NMB. You can prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the view from the dining room. The spacious living room has a sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV and a DVD player for your viewing enjoyment. You can sit on the balcony and watch the golfers while sipping a beverage.

The bright Primary bedroom has a King size bed, Flat Screen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a Flat Screen TV, two twin beds and a DVD player for the kids to watch their favorite movies. There is another bathroom just down the hall. The condo has free Wi-Fi included as well as it's own washer/dryer.

The Wedgewood community has its own pool, grilling area and offers 4 Championship Golf Courses for you to try. You also have access to the North Tower Pool, which is one of the largest pools in SC. The condo is in a great location and has so much to do nearby. Check out Barefoot Landing which has many shops, restaurants and attractions. Go to a show at the Alabama Theater or the House of Blues. Have dinner at Lulus, Taco Mundo or Greg Normans with beautiful waterway views. The beach is right down the street and there is even a free shuttle that runs in the summer months that will drop you off at the beach if you don't want to drive.

Wedgewood 324 is a second floor end unit with no elevator. Please be advise: this property is non-smoking and no pets, no golf carts or motorcycles are allowed. 3 night minimum required. Inquire for the best rates and availability today!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My rental experience overall was great I loved the area and is actually our 2nd time staying with barefoot. We encountered a lil air conditioning issue on our first day of arrival which you guys took care of immediately and we were very grateful. However after the next day passed I realized we were sneaking a little more than normal and noticed there were little whit pet hairs EVERYWHERE. After I had to gut clean the floor and furniture(swept couches and chairs), hand swept the floors and then took the vacuum to them after I gathered so much hair and dirt there was no way this unit had been cleaned correctly before we arrived and I was very let down by that. As I was there to be on vacation and relax from doing house work of course. I have several pictures that I will forward over as well through email.
