We are a family with teenagers.

Our home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is fully fenced for safety. It is situated to enjoy plenty of sunshine however being elevated you can also enjoy cool breezes. In the evenings enjoy stunning sunset views.
The kitchen features a large oven and gas stovetop, large fridge/freezer with filtered water outlet, new Breville espresso machine/grinder and everything you need to cook up a storm. You are welcome to use pantry staples and replace what is used.
The dining table seats 8 and the upstairs lounge suite is also generous.
The outdoor area features a large outdoor seated area, large Weber BBQ and a large dining suite in the pool cabana. There is lighting above and around the pool you can turn on in the evening for lovely effect.
All the rooms have wardrobes - the master has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. The master has access onto the outdoor area.
The two other bedrooms have beautiful outlooks across the trees towards the setting sun in the evening.
Downstairs you'll find a large, luxurious couch in the media room, a large laundry with washing machine, dryer and indoor clothes line. There's also a bathroom downstairs and office area.
All bedrooms and the upstairs living area has ducted air con that can be switched on/off by room and large ceiling fans. The house has plenty of mosquito protected opening windows as well as stackable doors for cross breezes. Downstairs media room is lovely and cool and has large ceiling fan and windows.
There is parking for 2 cars in the carport.
As this is our family home it really is set up with everything so you can relax and enjoy!
Linen, bath towels, body wash and beach towels provided. Essential provisions are provided (tea/coffee/spices/oils/flour/sugar etc). Your choice of milk is also provided for arrival as well as a welcome treat.
** Pets welcome with approval however not allowed in carpeted bedrooms**
