Are you looking for the ultimate beach get away? Then look no further than Destin on the Gulf 406. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, sleeps 6 and is the idea place for your next family vacation. Comes with Free Beach Service during season which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella.

No expense has been spared in this 4th floor unit. When you walk into the unit you are immediately greeted by the beachview directly in front of you. The kitchen in this condo is equipped with all the cookware and silverware.  This kitchen also has ample counter space that allows you to cook any meal you desire. The dining table and barstools has seating for 6, so everyone can enjoy the meal while overlooking the Emerald Green Waters.

The guest bedroom is located across the hallway from the kitchen and features two Full size beds. A flat screen TV is situated perfectly in this room to allow the kids to enjoy any of the free DVD rentals offered at the main check-in office. Located adjacent to the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom, which offers a combination tub and shower.

Located next to the balcony is the living room with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. The spacious master bedroom is located only steps away from the living room and offers a beachside views and a King sized bed. The adjoining master bathroom features a double vanity sink and large shower.

This condo also offers complementary WiFi and is only a short walk away from the complex coin laundry or downstairs complex pool. You could not find a better place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation than unit 406.

Great location, and such a wonderful spot on the beach. The condo was clean and pleasant. We had an amazing time, and would definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean and we enjoyed the view and how it wasn’t crowded. Would have appreciated a washer and dryer in the unit, instead we had to use the ones on each level and they required a bunch of quarters, just fyi.

This condo was overall fine. Bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. The kitchen was stocked well but could use a pizza pan and pizza cutter and some better coffee mugs. The view is amazing and was pretty quiet except for the quests above us. The property could use some updated and painting. One elevator has been non functioning since we were there 4 months ago and the one elevator that does work was also down during our stay, which was pretty inconvenient. We do like this location though and will most likely be back.

Beach at Destin

The condo was adequate but needs some updates. Coffee pot did not work well. Could not find dumpster on property. Did not see any management the whole stay. Property was clean and quiet.

Private. Quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay. We chose to return to Destin on the Gulf because its the perfect location for our liking. Close to eats and shopping, but also very quiet and private. We loved the included beach chair service also. We would have liked the floors to be a little better taken care of. When we arrived, the floors throughout the condo were very dirty. We had to wear shoes constantly or else our feet were black. That was really the worst part. We would have liked to have more linens-such as towels and washcloths and dish towels. We didnt really have enough for the whole week for 5 people and did NOT want to do laundry while on vacation. Also-the furniture on the patio was in rough shape. the chairs were worn. and the tables were horribly rusted-with the rust chipped off all over the patio floor. The tables were not sturdy due to a rusted leg being so short. These were minor issues-no other serious problems or cleanliness issues with the condo. We chose not to contact property manager over these issues because we didnt feel it was necessary. We will be back for another stay in the future!
