Golf cart, newly renovated villa, pet friendly!

Welcome to our Family Friendly villa where we hope you create many wonderful memories with your friends and family. This villa is located on the beachside of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort which is very close to the beach. It will only take you approx. 12 minutes to step on the beautiful sugar sand of the Emerald Coast of Florida. You can sleep 8 guests comfortably. We provide a 4-seat golf cart which helps in traveling throughout the resort especially during our peak season. Guest will be so pleased to see that the nicest pool at Sandestin is just "minute away" from the Villa.

The spacious living, dining, and kitchen provide ample room for all to gather. The pristine kitchen is fully loaded with all the typical appliances you have in your own home. This makes cooking for your crowd easy and the chef can still engage in conversation while preparing a delicious Florida feast. Enjoy all NEW downstairs furniture. The sofa is a full-size sleeper where 2 can sleep with ease. There is a half bath downstairs.

Guest will find that the 2 outside seating areas will be the most frequented locations of the villa. There is an enclosed front courtyard that is just perfect for an afternoon of reading on the kindle. The back patio also brings a relaxing feel while watching the ducks swim in the lake. Make sure to bring your fishing rods and partake in some fishing at Horseshoe Lake. The patio table and chairs offer another area to enjoy a cup of coffee or perhaps a sunset cocktail.

Upstairs you will find the sleeping quarters of the villa. The master suite is sizable with a king-size bed and plenty of extra storage. There is also a flat-screen T.V. with Netflix just in case you are rained in for the day. You can also enjoy the sunrise view of the lake from your bedroom. The master bath has a shower and sits just off the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has two full-size beds and another flat screen T.V. The full bath in this bedroom has a shower/ tub combo. You can also enjoy the sunrise view of the lake from your bedroom. The stackable washer and dryer are located between the 2 bedrooms to help dry your beach towels.

When you’re not relaxing in the villa, you are close to everything. There is, of course, the beautiful beach, as well as plenty of shopping and dining spots right at your fingertips, nature trails, tennis, world-class golf, spa, water activities, and entertainment for the kids. There’s something for everyone of all ages from family movies & concerts on the “green” at Baytowne Wharf to the nightlife of dancing and adult fun (live bands every night).
