For a TRUE NATURE GETAWAY!

A dream location on the shores of Lac Marquis in Chute‑Saint‑Philippe (near Mont‑Laurier in the Upper Laurentians), this fully equipped guest chalet is perfect for remote work and/or outdoor activities. Please note that the host is always away during guest stays to ensure complete privacy.

With its stunning lake view, this fully renovated and completely private haven offers a wood stove, a TV with cable service, Netflix, DVDs, Wi‑Fi, board games, a full kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and two queen size beds in the open‑concept mezzanine. Located on a property of over 51,000 sq. ft. with 385 ft. of lakefront, no neighbors are visible. In summer, at the dock, you’ll find paddleboards and kayaks (life jackets provided). Perfect for swimming and nature watching! A BBQ and outdoor firepit area will also enhance your evenings.

Within a 2 km radius, you’ll find a small grocery store with SAQ counter, a bakery, a gas station, a restaurant, and an ice‑cream shop. The Sentiers Nature de Chute‑Saint‑Philippe offer several trails for hiking, obstacle courses, mountain fat biking, cross‑country skiing, and snowshoeing (equipment rentals available at low cost). The Club de Montagne des Hautes‑Laurentides (CMHL) offers numerous climbing walls. In the village, you’ll also find a skate park, a beautiful intergenerational park/playground (summer), a sliding hill, an ice rink, and an ice loop (winter).

The region is renowned for its outdoor adventure experiences. A fishing paradise (summer and winter). ATV and snowmobile trails pass right at the end of the street (ASK ABOUT SPECIAL RATES FOR SNOWMOBILERS & ATV RIDERS).

• Please NOTE: Bedding and towels are not provided with the base rental. Guests may bring their own or choose our optional bedding service (sheets, pillows, blankets, throws, bath & beach towels) for $25 per bed per stay.
• Please NOTE: The Jacuzzi‑brand SPA is available as an optional add‑on (CLOSED IN WINTER). Contact the host for details (NOT INCLUDED IN BASE RENTAL).

Chalet chaleureux avec le confort de la vie moderne mais le silence de la forêt. Parfait pour 2-4 personnes. Excellente pression d'eau dans la douche. Nous avons aussi vraiment aimer le foyer.Tous ceci en plus d'une hôtesse attentive avec une excellente communication dès le début. On y retournera c'est certain!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au chalet de Monique. Après un accueil chaleureux, elle a su nous laisser profiter du calme en toute tranquillité. Le chalet est confortable, paisible et entouré de nature, avec un air frais revigorant. La sélection de films et de jeux a bien agrémenté nos soirées. Nous recommandons vivement.

Communication! Monique was a perfect host. She was there to greet us and explained a few last details, She made sure we knew about the businesses in the area and what to bring with us to make our stay better. She included a detailed list about fun activities in the region as well. Communication was 5-stars! Cozy!The wood fireplace kept the place toasty warm with just a couple of logs, and there was electric heating in case fireplaces are not your thing. The hot tub was sparkling clean (everything was) and in perfect working order. Instructions were posted and very clear. The TV set-up was easy to use, and the DVD collection is outstanding! Tons of classic movies in case you get a rainy day, or want to relax by the fire at night. Washer and dryer are quiet. The oven is modern and easy to use.We had a wonderful and restful stay! Merci Monique!

We feel extremely lucky to have spent such a fantastic week-end at Monique's place. The place was ideal, very clean and most suited for peacefull days. Monique has been very helpful providing information prior to our stay and also when we met at the property. Her aim is that guests should enjoy their stay. We feel privileged to have met her. Teenagers and parents would have loved to prolonge their magical stay at the lake, on the boards, at the fireplace, feeling blessed to enjoy nature, land and beautifull autumn colors! Thank you Monique for caring so much and for sharing this fantastic place.

Quel magnifique endroit! L’extérieur est super bien aménagé pour relaxer et prendre du temps pour nous. C’est calme et paisible. Ma rencontre avec Monique s’est très bien déroulée. Une magnifique personne avec un grand cœur. Le chalet était très propre et confortable. De plus ma petite bulldog y était bienvenue avec un frais ce qui est tout à fait normal. Je reviendrai assurément. Merci Monique!

Nous sommes tres déçu de devoir quitter votre chalet! Nous serions bien resté pour profiter de la nature environnante ! Les chevreuils qui passent sur le lac gelé au couché du soleil resteront comme l'image de notre(trop) court séjour ! Tranquillité et nature

Nous avons passé une fin de semaine des plus agréable dans ce petit coin de paradis en plein nature. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Notre hôte nous a offert un accueil chaleureux et la communication a été très facile depuis le début. À refaire sans hésiter! Superbe endroit

L'emplacement, l'aménagement et la propreté des lieux sont sans reproche. Vous serai accueillit par une hôte joviale, souriante et énergique :) qui fera tout en son possible pour faire de votre séjour une expérience mémorable. Mais quelques précisions seraient les bienvenues au niveau de l'annonce. - Vous loger dans le même bâtiment que l'hôte, pas un problème pour nous mais à considérer. - Il n'y a pas d'eau potable. - Si vous êtes habitué de transiger avec une application comme Airbnb, ici le taux/prix de votre location (indiqué dans l'annonce sous la rubrique "À propos de cet hébergement") ne s'ajustera pas automatiquement selon la saison et/ou la duré de votre séjour. Il est possible qu'un ajustement ($) soit à prévoir. Donc bien prendre connaissance de toutes les infos de l'annonce. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre court séjour chez Monique et notre pitou y serait déménagé je crois.
