Overall, this stylish townhouse is perfect for a getaway for two, but if you do have an extra one… or even two.. then the sofa folds out into a super comfortable double sized mattress.

**Please note, I will need to know at the time of booking whether the sofa bed is required and you will need to add on extra guests if it's more than 2 people.

Sorry, no pets and please note that this is a townhouse and there are stairs connecting the 3 floors (reassuringly, they are easy to climb stairs with handrails & help burn off all those extra Bakewell pudding indulgences….!).
