Three private balconies — one off the living room and one off each bedroom. The Terrace #6 is a Holmes Beach vacation rental 300 yards from the Gulf where every level of the townhouse has its own outdoor access. The master bedroom balcony overlooks the heated pool area with glimpses of the beach through the palms.

The shared pool is shared among just six condos — it rarely feels crowded. The paver patio has multiple seating areas under a pergola for reading between swims or eating lunch outdoors. The private garage keeps one vehicle covered and houses beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart for trips down the street.

The main level has an open layout connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Granite countertops, full-size appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating make it practical for a week of meals at home. The living room opens to the first balcony. In-unit laundry means packing light works fine for an extended stay.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin beds with its own private balcony. A sleeper sofa in the living room handles the remaining guests. Smart TVs and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. High-speed WiFi throughout.

Publix, Walgreens, and restaurants are directly across the street — guests consistently report not needing a car for daily errands. The free island trolley stops nearby for exploring from Bradenton Beach to Anna Maria City Pier.

Please note: this is a townhome with stairs — one flight from parking to the main level, another to the bedrooms. Street-facing rooms may have some morning and evening traffic noise, though guests report it's minimal.

The Terrace Condominium #6 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

Great stay at the condo. Short walk to the beach to watch beautiful sunsets… if you choose to stay in and prep your meals… anything you could want is already there… (except the food). Highly recommend.

Management quickly responded to our few calls regarding trees that had fallen into the pool and staircase during a storm, as well as minor issues like resetting the tv and fire alarms. Unit was very nice and Was our second stay in a different unit. There are some small repairs that would enhance the stay: The light switch at bottom of stairs needs re-wiring, as you can only turn the switch on at one switch, making it dangerous and too dark to use stairs. Unit was clean and well equipped. Pool was quickly cleaned up and heat restored despite storm debris. The unit is a short walk to the beach and shopping center. It was a bit noisy in second. Bedroom as you could hear the crosswalk walk/WAIT directions all night. Noise machine solved it. We’d like to return longer next year.

However, it is mostly around commute times in the morning and evening. If kids are staying in that room as mine did should be no problem.300 yard walk to beach and owner has well stocked supply of beach equipment.This is not a good fit for anyone that has trouble navigating stairways.

Great Stay but needs upgrades

We had a great vacation-the location was great, close to beach and Publix. The condo was comfortable but needs upgrades. It is 2 story condo with the bedrooms upstairs-the upstairs was very warm, we had to use extra fans to stay cool. The shower upstairs did not have hot water the first couple of days but after contacting management, it was fixed quickly. The kitchen is small with just very basic appliances and only a bar with uncomfortable bars stool to eat. Our stay was ok, we managed but I would not recommend more than 2 ppl staying here, because of the size.

Would Not Stay Here Again

Reviewer Comments: Other than this Condo Terraces #6 being close to the Beach, here is the list of issues we had:1) Palmetto Bugs were in the Condo, had to have it sprayed by Island Vacation Properties.2) The silverware, dishes & glasses were dirty we had to rewash everything.3) The condo had a Mildew smell.4) Shower curtain had mildew on it.5) All the grates on floor and ceiling need to be cleaned, that had thick dust & rust.6) Hallway light did not work.7) Had a rain storm and water came in the living sliding door. Island Vacation Properties had the curtains removed to be washed.8) Poor was very dirty.9) Guest should be told that in the Guest Room, all night you hear the crossing light message.I really feel that the owner needs to be more involved in this property, since this is a rental & source of income. If they are depending on other people to keep up with it, it is not working.
