Located in Phase 1 of the Summit in the Huntington building directly across
from Eagle Lodge, this spacious unit offers all the conveniences and premium
location, giving the perfect base for your family Mountain getaway. This
nicely decorated and upgraded 2 bedroom + enclosed loft, 2 bathroom, sleeps up
to 8 has lots of natural light and a new queen sofa sleeper has also been
added to the living room! The condo has a kitchen with stone countertops, a
dining area for 4 plus an additional 2 at the bar, and is fully stocked with
everything you need to prepare meals. It is also equipped with a mud area in
the entry to drop off your adventuring gear. The living room offers a cozy gas
fireplace, comfortable living area with balcony and a large flatscreen Smart
TV with cable. The master bedroom on the upper level has a King bed and
adjacent full bathroom with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The
enclosed loft, also on the upper level, features a kids haven with 3 Full beds
(Full over Full bunk, plus Full trundle). The final bedroom on the main living
level features a Queen bed and full bathroom, accessed from the hall, with
walk-in shower. All bathrooms have upgraded granite counter tops and tiled
flooring. This unit offers complimentary Internet access. The complex offers
underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9") with one designated parking no
shoveling required! Common area features a Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room,
laundry facilities, tennis court and pool (Summer only). This unit is even
pet-friendly so you can even bring Fido along. All guests receive
complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities
including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,
pilates and cycle studio and more. Located on the green shuttle line, it is
walking distance to the lifts at Eagle Lodge and easy access to the town loop
