The Space:
This is a great area to access the mountain or head into town. Aspen Creek is within walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chairlift. Restaurants, shopping, and the Snowcreek Golf Course are about a 5-minute drive away. A variety of hiking areas are minutes away too.
As you enter the unit you will find the kitchen on the left. The kitchen is fully equipped to help any chef prepare their meals. Steps away is a dining table for 4. A mud room is found near the front of the home to store any skis or snowboard equipment.
The living room is furnished with elegant touches. A fireplace and wood are provided for warmth on chilly nights. The family will love gathering to watch a movie at the end of the night. The couch functions as a sofa sleeper for additional space. Internet access is also available. When you need to catch a breath of fresh air, go through the sliding glass doors to your atrium balcony.
A spacious master bedroom holds a King-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom would suitably house the kids with 2 Twin-sized beds and TV. There is also an attached private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and separate sink area.
Underground parking is available for 1 car (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer. The 3 hot tubs are open year round.
Things to Note:
- A fireplace is provided for warmth on chilly nights. Guests are asked to bring their own firewood at this time
- During the winter months, the Homeowners Association (HOA) takes safety precautions by boarding up certain windows to prevent damage from falling icicles.
- Starting June 12, 2025, construction will be underway in the complex. Please be aware that guests may experience daytime noise during this time.
- The pool and hot tubs will be out of service throughout the construction period

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
