Super spacious house, Good for Vacation. Pollution free green area. 9200+sq.Ft. corner lot, house on the hill, ravine lot, Truly Resort Feeling, Trees, Large deck that overlooks the valley and sunset, lots of natural lights, water softener.

18 minutes from Regina Beach. 15 Minutes from Lumsden Beach, 20 minutes from Regina. 25 Minutes from Regina Airport. Very Nice Top Hill Area, You will enjoy walking in Neighborhood. Lots of FREE Parking.

Family Room & basement has fire place. Lots of Parking, good for 8 to 12 people. Bar in Basement, Beautiful Backyard, Incredible Kitchen. Every window has a picturesque view of nature.

The fire pit in Large Back Yard Garden and BBQ (Gas Line Connected) on Large Deck is available. Full size closets in all bedrooms. Electric fireplace in Basement. Gas Fireplace in Family Room.

Watch sunsets that light of the sky and stars like you have never seen them from Huge Deck. Guests will be able to access the Front yard, back yard, Garden, Deck, BBQ. Amazing wrap around deck , outdoor eating area. The kitchens are fully equipped for all utensils and some basic supplies as well. 5 Gas Burner Stove, 2 Big Ovens, Bread Toaster, Air Fryer, Sandwich Maker, Blender. Microwave, S/S Big Fridge. Big Size Basement Hall for Parties. Wet Bar in Walk-Out Basement. You can use of the entire house and make the visit memorable.
- Double Furnace Heating and Double Central Air-conditioned units are available. (Ground Floor and Upper Floor have separate Thermostat to adjust the Heating and A/C .)
- Fresh Drinking Water. Water Softner.

- Smoking are not Allowed inside the house or on the Deck.
- If you have pets, Kindly keep pets off furniture and beds please.

The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The main deck was great for morning coffee. The deck furniture needs to be replaced.

The house served its purpose for a group of six older adults. The photos were not at all depicting the current status of this house.The outdoor areas were not usable as none of the furniture was clean And the furniture was also in poor condition. The bedrooms were fine, except for one and the bed had all of the support underneath come loose. When we contacted the host He said we should try and fix it ourselves.The showers were all clean, but so slow to drain. You were standing in water up to your ankles when you got out and it would take half an hour for the water to drain out.Had this house been maintained? It would’ve been wonderful.& not just OK

The pictures on the listing site are deceiving. The outdoor furniture is falling apart and worn out. The plastic chairs are cracked and the material on the cushions is ripped and fraying. The yard has been neglected. The listing shows 6 bedrooms, there are 5 bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room and a futon in the family room. The kitchen had adequate items but no butter knives. The A/C on the main level did NOT work but the A/C to the top floor did work. There were limited washcloths to use and limited tea towels. I was glad I brought my own.The location was great and the Town of Lumsden is beautiful. The fees charged are higher than any other VRBO that we have stayed with. The house was clean and has some beautiful features but needs some TLC. The golf course near by (Deer Valley) was awesome as well as Regina Beach.

Not as advertised

The pictures do not depict the current state of the home. Furniture is missing. No cushions for patio furniture. The bedsheets smelled musty like they had not been dried properly. I tried to deal with host but he was unreasonable. Very overpriced!

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder," All Villa pictures and furniture are the same as in the Villa. Why I will change. This is the most beautiful and biggest place of Lumsden. I totally disagree about your comments. All bed was properly set up by our professional cleaners and bedsheets was dry. Our prices are so reasonable as compared to other places. Thanks

Disappointing- left before our stay was over

The furnace wasn’t turned on for the season and the house was 61 degrees - called the owner to find out how to turn on furnace. We left the last night of our stay - the house started to smell of very strong solvents. We called the emergency line for the gas company and they came out at 10:30pm to inspect. We finally found the lawn mower in the garage was leaking gasoline and the furnace was drawing air from the garage and bringing that air into the house. We were experiencing sore throats and headaches. The air quality was so bad that we felt we couldn’t stay that night and packed our things and left at 11:30 pm. Advertised as having 6 bedrooms, but the “bed” in the 6th room was a chaise lounge with an ottoman and was not a bed. We used the downstairs couch as a bed instead. We were given 2 keys to the front door and only one worked. No instruction manual for furnace, contact information for local property manager, etc. The kitchen floor wasn’t clean and the counter surfaces:kitchen sink weren’t clean - no wash cloths or tea towels to wash dishes. There were no top sheets on some of the beds. The laundry room was full of dirty clothes. The toilet on the main floor stopped working, the dishes had to be washed after they came out of the dishwasher The smoke detector on the main floor wasn’t connected -the owner said to check the drawer in the kitchen cupboard - we found it! No smoke detector on 2nd floor or CO2 detectors that we could find.

Thanks for visiting our Villa for two days. When you and your family came first day and night everything was perfect. I have not received any complaint about Furnace. Because furnace was ON that time. After living and enjoying 2nd day someone from your group switch OFf of one Furnace so it was OFf , Other was ON and when you called me I suggested to switch ON of the Furnace. And it was working fine. Rest all your reviews are FALSE. Nothing wrong in the Villa. Our Cleaning company clean everything very nicely, So Many guests appreciated our Villa and this Lumsden Valley. Don’t give the FALSE REVIEWS. I request to VRBO to remove this False reviews from the VRBO website.

Stunning valley property. Surrounded by Big Big Trees. A nice place to relax after a long day on the Regina Beach or Lumsden Beach (Few minutes Drive). As we know that there is no such Hotel /Motel in Lumsden where people can stay and feel like their Home.
