The complete apartment is for your use only. The apartment complex has a shared large pool and basic gymnasium to share with other guests.

This a newly furnished apartment and we ask that you take care and respect not just the apartment but the other tenants as well. No loud noise or parties allowed . No smoking either inside or outside either.

The area
Los Corales is alive with a great selection of bars and restaurants so you can choose to eat inside with AC or Al Fresco with the vibrant sounds of live music or Latin beats from the great bars and street cafes in this area. No need for a car as you can walk everywhere and the beach has a lot to offer with a great selection of beach bars etc to choose from too. As long as you drink or dine at the bars the sun loungers are free. The condo is 20 minutes from the Punta Cana airport and 10 minutes from downtown Punta Cana. The amazing Katmandu theme park opened in March 2023 which is a 5 minute drive. There are Ubers, taxis and local buses readily available and we can provide a driver for further trips.
