Everything was great; however, the gym needs to be updated and oven was inoperable. The place fitted the need and very quiet and pleasant security guards. Neighbors were nice as well

The pool area was beautifully clean & nicely landscaped. This ground floor unit was easily accessible from the pool area. The bathrooms & kitchen were clean when we checked in. The kitchen was adequately equipped but could use some new utensils (spatulas, knives). We easily walked to the beach & many fun bars & restaurants. Felt secure venturing out into the neighborhood.

Very nice condo in a great location. The complex has only 27 units in 5 buildings, with the pool at the center. The grounds are beautiful and the pool well maintained. This quiet and intimate setting is like a little oasis. Within walking disctance to the beach, several shops and a variety of restaurants, the location was convenient. Public transportation options were plentiful, including bus (guagua), motos, taxis and poppis (tuktuks), so it was easy to get to downtown Punta Cana or Fruisa both day and night. We took advantage of the delivery option available from several of the nearby mini marts & had our large bottles of water brought right to our unit. Only 100 pesos with delivery included for the 5 gallon bottle. The unit has a very well-equipped kitchen with a large selection of the pots, pans, dishes, glasswear and utensils. While not all were brand new, the furnishings were solid & in good condition. A few walls could use a paint refresh, but this does not mean that the unit is not well maintained. This is a comment on asthetics only. The wifi was excellent- even had access while sitting out at the pool. There were many TV channles available & streaming platforms. We also appreciated the very friendly and helpful 24-hour security staff.One thing to pay attention to is electricity consumption. We only used AC at night and the washer 3X (never the dryer) but still passed our 2-week allowance and had to pay 92USD. Enjoyed our stay & recommend this property.
