Convenientemente ubicado cerca del centro comercial, tendrás fácil acceso a una amplia variedad de tiendas, restaurantes y entretenimiento en la ciudad. Además, este estudio ofrece comodidades excepcionales, como una cómoda cama tamaño queen, sofá cama, una cocina completamente equipada y un baño elegante. También encontrarás comodidades adicionales, como acceso a Internet de alta velocidad, televisión por cable, lavadora y una cocina completamente dotada.
PROPERTY RULES:

1) Each guest and visitor must be registered before arrival thru a link we would provide, also must show his valid Identity or Passport document at the building`s entrance.
2) EVERY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS OR BRING A NOTARIZED PERMITION.
3)The use of the apartment is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed in the apartment.
4) Any damage caused to the apartment or property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days.
5) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the building and in the apartment, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
7) It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or items with the security guards in the building.
8) Pets are allowed but you have to be careful.
9) SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME, ANY DRUG ABUSE, MINOR TRAFFICKING OR PEOPLE TRAFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF UNDERAGE TO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE PURPOSES IS STRICTLY FORVIDEN
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Every time you leave the apartment, turn off lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
12) Please do not leave the keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $25.0 USD.
13)To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
14) Security in the building is not responsible for any losses inside the apartment, we ask to close both locks well and make sure that the door is locked behind you. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company in the lobby and the elevators.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please throw the trash of the apartment in the chute and give the keys to the local expert. Make sure to let your Local Expert know your Check-Out time and leave the windows & door are secured.
