A lovely little cottage, with the added bonus of a gift shop filled with curious trinkets! Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Lunenberg.
Nick's place was exactly as advertised. Just a little out of Lunenburg which makes it a quiet place not far from town. Nick is really quick to reply to your questions or requests. Highly recommend!

We were all very pleased with the studio. Everything was neat and clean and actually bigger than we thought. We could have used more blankets as the night was very cod and the only other complaint we had was that sink was very small. We couldn’t even splash wash on our faces. I do understand though that space was at a premium when installing that.
Overall it was a great experience. Thank you
Property was as advertised and expected
We stayed two nights, and prepared 3 of our meals on location. The kitchen was clean, and we’ll provided with nice cookware and dishware needed for meal prep and eating in.
The host greeted us as we arrived, and gave us helpful comments about the ac/heat, the tv, and property. In retrospect as most in their 40s and older are not as intuitive as millennials and genders, it would be helpful to have a simple instruction outline on the tv and ac/heat. On our own we were able to adjust the ac/heat to our liking, and able to watch Netflicks on the open subscription, but we never did figure out how to get to the cable tv(?). A channel listing would be helpful. First world problem, and otherwise a very nice accommodation about 10 minutes door to the port street in Lunesburg.
Suggest the owner also provide a printed sheet of expectations and instructions as to how he expects the visitor(s) to close up.
L’endroit est calme et reposant.Il est exceptionnel d’avoir un espace intérieur aussi grand et un coin intime à l’extérieur .Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.Je le recommande .

We moved to beautiful Nova Scotia in 2021 from our 3 acre organic farm in B.C. and immediately fell in love with the culture, food and landscape. After purchasing a house & property, we started renovating the building attached to the barn, adding a full kitchen, bathroom, new floors & patio area to make it the charming home it is today.
We also have built up an organic nursery and orchard on the property called the Exotic Fruit Nursery that has uncommon plants such as Chilean guavas, Paw Paw trees, Persimmons and so much more.
We are always looking forward to new adventures and meeting people from all around the world. We hope to have you stay with us and share the experience!
