This clean and brand new Eco-friendly Net-Zero / zero-carbon footprint house sleeps 6 people in a quiet, securely gated, peaceful environment, resort style get away with golf course, marina, restaurant, field sport amenities on resort premises, 24/7 fitness center, indoor pool & hot tub, casual dining (and take out) on resort premises. This property boasts clean white granite counter tops, with top of the line appliances and fixtures. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet styled meals or just a relaxing family BBQ. After the gourmet meal you can enjoy a Netflix movie on the 65" Flat screen (supplied with SpaceX Starlink internet) or nestle up with the 6 foot linear remote controlled electric fireplace with multi-colours and heat. If the outdoors is more your thing you will enjoy the south-facing covered deck with a fire table and seating for 6, patio table with seating for 6 to sit and reminisce about the day while you cook your dinner on the propane barbecue. If soothing sore muscles is required then a short commute to the club house pool and hot tub is also an option.

If you are visiting the Whispering Pines resort during late spring - late fall you will have full access to the community's amenities. There is the Whispering Pines 18-hole golf course, virtual golf simulator, 55 slip marina, resort sandy beach, an exercise gym with new modern exercise equipment, a scenic walking loop and outdoor activities such as the driving range, pickleball, beach volleyball and the playrground. The restaurant is only open during golf season but the pool and hot tub re-open for Christmas and New Years.

Located within walking distance are all amenities including the 9-mile long lake fed by natural springs that is perfect for canoeing, paddle boarding, surfing and water skiing. This lake also boasts some of Canada's best fishing all year long.
In the winter, you can enjoy all the winter sports including ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, or snowmobiling on the frozen lake and then finish your day by relaxing by the warm and visually pleasing eco-friendly linear fireplace.
In the summer, Work up an appetite from a long day of water activities & boating? The Pines Clubhouse Restaurant within walking distance or a 2-minute drive, offers casual family dining with beautiful lake views. For a nightcap, grab a beer at The Pine Lake Sports Lounge and watch your favorite sports teams on the large flat-screen TVs.

- The pool, hot tub, and restaurant are closed during the winter. The pool and hot tub will close after Thanksgiving weekend but reopen for Christmas & New Years. They will then close until mid-spring.
- The clubhouse/restaurant is only open during the golf season **date for closing for the season varies - check on the golf course website for actual closing dates.
