Located on the Esplanade at Cooee Bay, this large seaside home is the perfect place for your family get together or a holiday with friends.
With Beautiful Lammermoor beach just across the lane, quiet and family friendly, perfect for walking, a friendly game of cricket or just soaking up the rays and taking a refreshing dip in the ocean.
A short drive will have you at the heart of Yeppoon and all that our beautiful town has to offer.
The Keppel Kracken water park, main beach, The Lagoon, with wet edge pool, parkland, skate park, children's playground and bbq facilities.
You will also be within the Yeppoon main shopping precinct with trendy boutiques, quirky gift shops, countless eateries, pubs, cafe's and restaurants.
For the sporty amongst us, the Yeppoon Aquatic Centre and the Cooee Bay Sporting Complex is conveniently located just a few minutes walk, making this the perfect spot.

Property was initially advertised as five bedrooms but was only three. Agent changed it once alerted but it was a little disappointing. A great house and location with plenty of beds. Lovely to be so near the beach. Very comfortable despite initial bedroom issue.
