Modern Costa del Sol Flat Overlooking the Pokémouche River, with a beautiful dock with a swimming ladder. Our river is a marvel for kayaker and paddle boarders. peaceful and majestic come spend some time here, or on the amazing Pokémouche. A cedar gazebo awaits with tables and chairs and a wonderful BBQ. 😀

Note:
Our VRBO offers one bedroom at the base rate. For two people who wish to sleep separately, a second bedroom is available upon request for $50/night.

Couples sharing a bed = 1 bedroom – no additional charge.

2 People wishing to sleep in separate rooms – additional charge applies.

Very nice place on the river. Very quiet, easy access to the islands, Caraquet, le Village Historique Acadien. The flat is very nice and comfortable with all commodities needed. We really enjoy the stay. You can swim in the river and even use you paddles. I recommend the place.

Damien and his family were nice and respectful guests. My only wish is that they had removed their garbage and recycling, and also removed all linens — including the bamboo mattress pad protector — as stated in the simple house rules. The flat was left clean, which is very appreciated and expected of our guests as we are a host servjce not a Hotel service. Overall, I would recommend Damien to any future host.

Cute cozy property!

Very nice property, right on the river! Super cozy/comfy and quiet apartment, would stay there again!! The owners were very friendly, I’m sure this place is even more amazing in the summer!!

Maltempec Gem

We recently stayed at Costa Del Sol and while we didn’t utilize the entire offerings of this listing, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and the place was clean and quiet, which worked out well for our kids. An added bonus to the place was the air conditioning. Thank you again for such an enjoyable time!

We had the honour to meet Norman on the first day, he told us that we were his first guest. He really care for our safety and to be honest, this place was perfect, Norman and Aleksandra are both really good people, they are actively looking for the confort of their guest, improvement, they want to make this place that is already awsome, an even better place! It was clean and cozy and it did felt safe. We really enjoyed our stay, they are discret, I recommand this place to anyone looking for a quiet and quality time with a waterview, thank you! Sam & Caro

Le logement bien qu’attaché à la maison des propriétaires offre beaucoup d’intimité. L’endroit est très calme. L’intérieur est extra propre et contient *tout* ce qu’il fait pour cuisiner, faire du barbecue et (ou) manger à l’extérieur. L’entrée est facilement accessible et la communication avec le propriétaire est facile.

Séjour paisible et agréable - Merci

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à cet endroit. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un appartement indépendant, il est parfaitement bien équipé et très au goût du jour. Les propriétaires ont le soucis du moindre détails pour rendre le séjour des plus agréables. L'endroit est calme, paisible, près d'une grande étendue d'eau à l'intérieur des terres. On se sent dans la nature. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des pistes cyclables (moins de 30 minutes en auto). Seul bémol, il est difficile d'observer les étoiles la nuit en raison de la présence de l'éclairage partout sur le terrain. Cependant, les propriétaires sont très accomodants, il suffit de demander. Merci pour tout, je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation pour un couple ou une petite famille de 4 personnes. Plusieurs jeux offerts sur place plairont aux jeunes et aux moins jeunes.

Nous avons eu un superbe séjour à Maltempec qui était à 15 minutes mi-chemin de Caraquet et de Tracadie. Nous ne sommes pas des golfeuses mais l'auberge est aussi près du Golf de Pokemouche. Nous avons eu un souci avant d'arriver au gîte cependant Norman et Alexsandra nous ont vraiment accommoder comme si nous étions de la famille même tard le soir. Nous avons trouvé des hôtes de cœur et authentiques. L'appartement est superbe, nous avons déjeuner sur le petit balcon et profiter de la tranquillité et de la vue sur la rivière Pokemouche. Nous aimerions y retourner et on le recommande aussi pour une belle expérience. Merci à nos hôtes.
