Welcome to our stylish and cozy studio apartment located in the heart of Potts Point overlooking Springfield Lane and Macleay Street! Our space is perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore the city.

The location of our apartment is unbeatable - just a few minutes walk from some of the area's best shops, cafes, and restaurants, including Dear Sainte Eloise, Cafe de la Fontaine, Becker Minty, Kings Cross Markets, and Greg Natale Interiors. You can easily stroll to cosmopolitan cafes, bars, shops, public transport, parks, and the beautiful harbour foreshore.

The apartment features an open-plan living/dining area with high ceilings, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a Smart TV with complementary WiFi. The modern and sleek gourmet kitchen boasts stone benchtops and is fully equipped with a stove, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and basic pantry items, making it an ideal spot for preparing delicious meals.

The master suite is divided by glass and features bay windows that allow natural light to flood in, an open robe with ample storage, a queen-size bed with soft linens, and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. The original bathroom includes a shower, and your host provides all toiletries. Additionally, the bathroom has a European laundry with a washing machine. If you need a dryer during your stay, you can access two at the shared laundry facilities in the building. The cost of the dryers is $1.20 per load alternatively, the drying rack in the apartment is also available for our guests.

Please note: to confirm this booking you will be required to sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. In accordance with our Agreement, a hold of $600 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must be able to climb two sets of stairs to access the apartment.
