Apartamento bem espaçoso, vista incrível, localização perfeita, só tirei o carro da garagem para fazer compras e depois fiz tudo a pé. Academia perto, vc dorme escutando o barulho do mar. Proprietário super atencioso e cordial. Amei e já estou indicando!

Tudo maravilhoso, localização e atendimento

Passamos dias muito agradáveis no apto do Fabiano. Já conhecia o prédio e já havia locado com ele outro apto. Atendimento dele é maravilhoso! Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo pessoal da portaria, eles sempre atenciosos e solícitos. O apartamento é uma graça, tem tudo que precisa para passar alguns dias de forma tranquila e confortável. A limpeza estava impecável, o apto todo arrumado, enfim, foram dias de descanso que valeram muito a pena. A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo: praia, mercados, feira, comércio no geral. Vamos voltar, e dessa vez esperamos que o tempo ajude, pois pegamos apenas 2 dias de sol, mas deu para descansar bem.
