Had a minor glitch when I arrived at the property (was given the wrong code for the door) but that was quickly rectified by the owner. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location is only a short walk from the beach and tram lines. Enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location, dedicated parking and convenient keyless entry. Communication with Joanne was prompt and efficient. The apartment was also generously supplied with dishwasher/laundry products, toiletries and cleaning supplies, and the tea and milk were appreciated.Unfortunately, the property did not meet the expectations created by the listing and photos. We initially booked for two but later needed accommodation for four, which the property is advertised for and Joanne confirmed. In reality, it was simply not practical or comfortable for four adults. With the sofa bed open, space is extremely restricted and the door cannot be properly opened. There is very little room for luggage or unpacking, with much of the storage occupied by supplies and excess linen. Some linen smelled musty and the pillows were well used and stained.The washer/dryer took over 8 hours, didn't dry properly and left clothes smelling unpleasant. The kettle and toaster had taped-on adapters and couldn't be plugged in together. The apartment generally felt cluttered, with considerable "stuff" occupying cupboards, drawers and surfaces.Our additional two adults ultimately booked elsewhere.If location, parking and communication are your priorities, this property delivers. If comfort, usable space and presentation matter, particularly for more than two adults, I wouldn't recommend it. The photos did not reflect the reality or, for us, the price paid.

Location was excellent: short walk to shops, beach, trams, bus. Quiet location, very safe. Owner was so very helpful, even tried to help find us accommodation when our Adelaide CBD rental fell through at the last minute. We would highly recommend this as a priority stay.

Absolutely appalling service, check in was a debacle, waiting on the phone for three hours, four different people, was asked to call THEM back on two occasions between being put on hold. Eventually sorted out a room, stains on bed, cigarette burns everywhere on the floor. Required help from the on site cleaner to acquire toilet paper. Was the most atrocious accommodation experience I've ever had.

Fantastic location with everything you need

My daughter and I had a wonderful 4 night stay over Easter. This lovely apartment was clean, well appointed and a perfect position for us. Close to beach, shops and cafes. Car park directly out the front made coming and going very easy. Would definitely like to stay here again if visiting Glenelg

A very comfortable stay at Glenelg SA. Everything we needed for a few days, self contained, compact and close to eateries, shops and sights. Ground floor, parking out front. Efficient host, would stay again.

Driftwood Taft Dream

Very happy with the property. It was very clean and tidy and catered for all our needs. We could eat in or we could go out as Jetty Road is walking distance. Car parking available and close to public transport as well. No stairs to cope with either.
