Beautifully designed for comfort & privacy, the ground floor has a bright open living and kitchen/laundry whilst the upper floor has a good size bedroom & bathroom. It' a cosy & private home that is located in a quiet neighbourhood within 2 minutes walk to the most convenient shops, restaurants & parks . The bus stop is 2 houses away and it is 15 minutes walk to the train station. Only 7 minutes drive to Parramatta CBD and 35 minutes to Sydney CBD.
