4 bedroom house on canal, pool, canoes, boat ramp & fishing

Great for kids with pool and canoes, boat ramp and fishing off the property
4 bedroom 3 bathroom canal front home on 2 storeys and with 2 kitchens and 2 lounge areas.
Very close to the beach and easy access to everywhere else.
Spacious home with different zones, air conditioning , WiFi, and an extremely large outdoors area with a well sized pool, a gazebo complete with fan and BBQ and plenty of grass.
One bedroom with Queen Bed and air conditioning, bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge (kids) area on the ground floor. The rest is upstairs: a Queen bed with ensuite including a spa bath and 4 singles to accommodate up to 8 guests. Upstairs has ducted air conditioning, a large living area including dining and a 3rd bathroom. There are ceiling fans throughout.
Side driveway access to canal for canal boats or water toys. 2 Kayaks are available onsite for use during your stay.
This property can garage 2 vehicle. Driveway parking for 2 cars also

You may also hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays.

Lovely house in great location

Our family of 7 had a great time in the house. It is very well equipped and spacious. We loved the outdoor covered area and the kids enjoyed kayaking on the canals. It is within walking distance of the cafes and beaches of Mooloolaba and close to Coles…really well situated. We loved our stay.

Great property

Beautiful home, well appointed, very clean. Pool and canoes for kids, boat ramp, fishing off the back yard close to beach and shops. Everything you need for a get away. Very helpful and friendly staff, will definitely go back again.
