Comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and 3 bathrooms you can bring the family and even the extended family. Downstairs you will find the first living area (teenagers lounge) with a small kitchenette the fourth bedroom and third bathroom with toilet and shower.

Head upstairs and be immediately stunned by the ocean views!
There is an open plan living, kitchen, and dining area that opens out to the huge entertainers' delight balcony with plenty of seating and a BBQ.
The kitchen is home to everything you would have in your own home including a dishwasher, large full-sized fridge, and a gas cooktop.
Down the hall, you will find another 3 bedrooms, to your left is the ¿Kids Room¿ with 2x sets of built-in floating bunk beds! The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with built-in robes and high windows to make the most of the sun throughout the day.

The Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, access to the wrap-around balcony, and even its own ensuite.
There is a large fully fenced yard for the kids to play all day, and even rinse off outside under the outdoor shower. Please note that while the house does sleep 10, there is a maximum capacity of 6 Adults and 4 Children.
