An immaculate beach house just steps from the shores of a quiet, sandy Lake Huron beach in Kincardine. This home one block (450 meters) from a sandy beach and a 5 min. walk to downtown Kincardine where you will find beautiful shops and restaurants. Kincardine Monday market is just around the corner, golf course and a fantastic trail system for biking and hiking.

This home is nestled on a large private lot, surrounded by mature trees. This home has been just renovated and has a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, and bedding is provided.

This is a 3 bedroom home, with a beautiful 17 foot ceiling living room and a large private outdoor deck surrounded by mature trees and a huge backyard.

Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation in Kincardine - home to some of the worlds best sunsets!

Great location and fantastic outdoor area

We really enjoyed our stay at the house as a family of 4. The central living area is great with high ceilings and really nice light. Our daughters (ages 13 and 17) loved hanging out here. It was autumn when we stayed so we didn't use the outdoors much - but there is a beautiful deck and very large back yard. We used the propane BBQ which is definitely nice to have. We had a couple of questions and the owners were very responsive and accommodating. The photos give a really good idea of what the property is like - it is freshly painted and sparsely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms have not been recently updated but are very clean. We were missing some kitchen items (there is only one pot for example) and the bathroom towels could be replaced. Overall, this is an excellent property in a very good location (quiet street but close to downtown). We would stay again.

Nice Owners!!

Nice place , just need to attend to some details as, only 3 towels in the place for 4 people , no air conditioners but had wool sheets on bed in middle of summer! Etc.

Beach was very quiet and the water beautiful. Should have water shoes-lots of stones at shoreline.

The property was very clean and the backyard perfect for play and evening fires. Very private-felt like we were the only ones there. Location was perfect as we had a very short distance to the beach, quick access to grocery store if needed, and a short walk to downtown for shopping or a dinner out.

Originally from Kitchener this area has a ton of charm and wonderful beaches and there is something about being near the water that gives a feeling that is difficult to put into words. We hope guests feel the same way we did when we first came to the area.

This area is centrally located to downtown, beach, marina, park, markets, shops and restaurants. Everything is minutes walk to get to these amenities. It is a nice quite area where many happy moments can be experienced!

Location is everything and we believe this property gives the guests access to all the desirable amenities, also the grand yard gives privacy and peace. The entrance to the house allows a ton of sunlight to illuminate the space and your spirits as well!
