About this space
Nestled in the woods by Brackley Bay, and close to Brackley Beach; comfortably relax amongst the trees. Minutes away from; world famous Brackley Beach, Brackley drive-in, Shirley's (Best burgers!!), Dunes Cafe, Richards Seafood, Dalvay by the Sea and Charlottetown airport.
Enjoy a private deck with a Webber bbq, upper deck off your master bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms, with a 3 bedroom cottage-home of your own!
*I live in the basement, which has a soundproof ceiling and separate entrance.*
The space
Relax and take care of our home, like it's your own.
-Fully equipped kitchen (Microwave, oven, stove, fridge) *No dishwasher*
-Relaxing reading/kitchen area in the mid part of the house
-Total of three bedrooms with Queen sized beds. The Master bedroom has a walk out upper deck with chairs to relax and a view of the trees.
-1.5 bathrooms
-Smart TV with internet hooked up (Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime), in the main floor hang out/kitchen area.
-Cable TV included
Guest access
-Kitchen (Oven, stove, fridge, everything in the kitchen for cooking)
-Lower porch: outdoor table and 4 chairs, Webber bbq.
-Washer and dryer
-1.5 bathrooms (lower floor with shower/bath, sink & toilet, upper with toilet and sink)
-Upper deck: off the master bedroom, enjoy the upper deck for a morning coffee or general relax and read
Other things to note
*This is not a party house.*
*I live in the basement apartment, which has a separate entrance and soundproof ceiling. We may see each other or not, but you will have your full privacy.*
*This is a great place for a quiet getaway with family and friends.*
-No dishwasher. You will have a dish rack.
-Please do not move furniture as it can scratch the floors.
-Please wash the sand off your feet before entering our home. There is a hose at the back of the house you’re welcome to use to get the sand off. -Brackley Beach has outdoor showers and great to wash off after a day in the sand.
-Please keep the house clean
-Please be mindful of the couch, try to not eat on it, etc. Thank you so much!
