Boasting 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone. Located in the Chamberlands Beach and Mountain Club neighborhood association, it has access to summertime community pool, beach and tennis courts and within walking distance to the popular Chambers Landing restaurant.

Beautifully updated and professionally decorated youï¿½ll enjoy a fun time with family any time of year. The backyard has lots of seating areas, hammocks and a horseshoe pit for summer vacationers. The Homewood location puts you in a good position for North Lake Tahoe and South Lake Tahoe ski resorts in the winter and 15 minutes or less from Emerald Bay State Park.

The primary bedroom is upstairs and has an attached bathroom with soaking tub. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs (including a ï¿½bunk roomï¿½) and one bedroom downstairs.

With families in mind, youï¿½ll find a pack n play, games, and an outdoor rope play system.
