In a very quiet area, near the coastal paths (300m), the port (600m), beaches, shops, mini golf (100m).

The house consists of:
- an entrance on living room open stay on fully equipped kitchen.
- storeroom + WC

- Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (140 * 190 bed) and a small landing room (trundle bed 90 * 190).
Complete baby equipment (wooden bed, new high chair, park, changing table and stroller cane)
- A bathroom with bathtub and second toilet.

Access on large wooden terrace and the garden closed and raised since the very bright stay.
Newly renovated house with new equipment

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Lage ist sehr günstig in Camaret, da man sowohl den Hafen als auch den westlichen Strand sehr schnell erreicht. Das Haus ist zwar nicht sehr geräumig für 6 Personen, aber gepflegt alles vorhanden und besonders die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell reagierend. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Aufenthalt. Zukünftig wäre die Bereitstellung einer WiFi Verbindung ein weiterer Pluspunkt.

Vom Haus geht man 10 Minuten zum Ort und erreicht die Küste und die Wanderege in ca 5 Minuten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine erholsame Urlaubswoche benötigt. Der Wohnbereich und die 2 Schlafzimmer bieten genug Raum , sich entspannt aufzuhalten. Das Bad und die Küche sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind groß.Parken ist gar kein Problem, sowohl vorm Haus wie am Rand der Straße.WLAN ist nicht vorhanden.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances en famille à Camaret. Un très bon accueil de la propriétaire Joëlle Guéguen. Logement conforme à l'annonce, juste ce qu'il faut. Le manque de wifi permet de passer des soirées plus agréable en famille. Je recommande sans hésitation.

La location est très bien située et bien équipée. La literie est sans doute très bien ,mais elle était beaucoup trop ferme pour moi et nous avons trouvé les canapés pas très confortables. Mais malgré ça je recommande quand même cette location.

sehr ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage

die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum GR34/Meerblick und ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen. Leider kein WIFI verfügbar. Die Couch war schon etwas abgenutzt, ansonsten saubere angenehme Athmosphäre.

Une maison pratique et bien équipée. Proche du port et des chemins de randonnées , ce qui permet de faire de belles balades sans prendre la voiture. Des jeux de sociétés sont disponibles.

Maison agréable

Notre arrivée n’a pas été comme nous l’aurions souhaité… La maison n’était pas prête au niveau du ménage, et des lits… Je ne souhaite pas mal évaluer la maison, car Joëlle la propriétaire a toujours été agréable est gentille dans les échanges! Nous avons vécu à 6 dans la maison, 4 adultes et 2 enfants, et nous nous sommes pas gênés. La terrasse et le jardin est très agréable. La maison est super bien située, proche du port et des sentiers pour aller faire de belles balades! Malgré cette arrivée décevante après avoir fait beaucoup de route et 2 enfants, nous recommandons quand même la maison de Joëlle.

Une petite maison agréable et très bien située

Nous sommes restées 1 semaine pour randonner sur la presqu’île. La maison était idéale pour nous 3 et nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir aller au port à pied.
