it was spacious and comfortable as advertised. glad it had a fridge and freezer to keep food stored. TV had Netflix and the location was easily accessible to where I needed to get to for my outings. quiet and peaceful was a benefit as well.

The hosts were very accommodating and very nice people. Also, the communication with them was great. As for the basement suite, in my opinion, the rental area could use a deeper cleaning overall. Also, although there is no door between the basement and upper floor, the hosts were respectful of my privacy. This rental is a good alternative, due to pricing, for a very short stay.

Pictures are accurate to the actual property, good cleanliness and has all basic needs. Only thing to mention (which was not an issue for us), is there is no door seperating the unit from the rest of the house, but there is a lock on the bedroom door.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, very quiet. The only issue is they need to replace their hot water tank. Ran out of hot water both times within five minutes

Quiet stay

It was perfect. We had very early mornings and late nights. The fridge is convenient and the cook top. Since we had no time to eat out. We just made a quick breakfast and packed our lunch and supper with us. The stay was quiet. The neighborhood was also very quite.

Overall pretty good value for the price. Yesterday we were in the rain and when we got back to the Vrbo we wanted to dry our clothes but unfortunately couldn’t because they had their clothes in the dryer. They were still there when we left this morning. The place was also a little dirty. There was no dining table so we had to eat on the coach. It was quite cold as well. The bed only had sheets and a throw blanket. The hosts were very good at staying quiet which we appreciated.

Just to clarify a few points: - The listing does not include a permanent dining table, but a spare black table was available for your use. If a full dining setup is added in the future, we’ll be sure to update the listing. - The bedding included both a sheet and two blankets, both of which were used during your stay. - The room was equipped with a heater and fan to allow for temperature adjustments based on your comfort. - To ensure cleanliness, the room was thoroughly cleaned twice before your arrival. Does the job

Just needed the one room with iron and TV, which is closed off. Everything else is not - open to the upstairs. I never actually made contact with the host, and i wish there was a bit more explanation/tour. They were kind, and let us use their laundry without hesitation.There is only a bathroom sink for running water, but they allowed us to use their upstairs sink if needed.The place could use a deeper clean, but with a family, i can imagine time is limited to caring for a young one. It seemed that the family was awake very late in the evenings.Overall, this place is great as a substitute for a hotel, especially for half the price. :)
