Great stay close to everything we needed!

Great stay close to many beaches! Newly remodeled inside. Back yard had a fence down but it didn’t bother us! Great communication from the management team! Would recommend for family or group of friends!

Overall great place to stay; minor issue with check-in at keypad was resolved immediately by operations team; huge sectional and multiple rooms made traveling with family easier, loved having a TV in every room also plus a nice Keurig for morning coffee. Fridge was spotless! Some cleaning issues but resolved by host. Location was great, quiet neighborhood and close for us visiting family in town but also convenient to the beach and plenty of food options.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. the house was roomy, well decorated, the furniture was comfortable as were the beds. It was everything we were looking for

The most important thing to know about this place is that there is a leak somewhere that results in: 1) a stench when you walk into the house; 2) water on the floor of the bathroom and dining room; 3) mold on the floor of the bathroom; 4) rotted baseboards in the bathroom and dining room and 5) a management company (itrip) that told us a contractor could get there 6 days after we reported the problem. Otherwise, no problem

The house at Turtle Creek was perfect for our family gathering. The house is open, spacious, and perfect for a large family. We enjoyed the central location.

Overall great

It was a nice stay and the communication with property manager was quick (through app). The location was okay depending on your plans for the area, easy to get around while driving.

Perfect place for a short getaway with friends

The locations is very close to food and grocery, house was clean and spacious, we also enjoyed having a grill. We did not get to check in on time and had to wait and extra hour before getting in but once we did it was smooth sailing.

Perfect Home for Adults

House was as described. Bedrooms were perfect for 8 adults. Lived the big couch to chill for dinner. The fire pit was added bonus. Whether an adult trip or family trip, this was a great place.

Our stay

We chose this rental because it was only a short distance from all the beaches and it looked newly renovated inside. I didn’t know they had a pack-n-play and a high chair which was a plus! It was clean and nice inside. Felt the floors could have been washed a little better but after our stay with the kids and the beaches I saw how we tracked back lots of sand.. some mulch outside would help make things more attractive in the front.overall we enjoyed our stay here.

It was relatively clean and suited our need. A few things need to be attended to such as rotted out trim around the central shower along with the caulking. The back yard hasn't been cleaned up/mowed in awhile and the grill is rusted through. Spiders in the coat closet.

Summer Vacation 2024

Beautiful home! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals! There were plenty of towels for all of us. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to keep up with laundry throughout the week. Property owners reply quickly and resolve any issues promptly. Minutes away from beaches, restaurants and stores. Perfect for our family of 8! We would definitely stay again in this home.

Everything with the house was perfect will definitely pass around info about the air b&b! The only problem there was! There is a man that lives behind the house is a gang member and approached my boys and tried to intimidate my kids which was a little scary all because my boys knocked on his door to retrieve a ball that my granddaughter kicked over but they were not home! About an hour later they left he followed them all the way to cvs watched them then followed back to the house and jumped out and kept saying he was in a gang and who were they representing and my granddaughter was with my boys at the time all this was taking place

Hello TrudyLynn, I am glad you thought the home was perfect. I am a very surprised by the comment about the neighbor. A gang?? WE know the neighbors and they have never given any of us or any other guest an issue. In fact they are over the top friendly. I did stop by the neighbors house before writing this to see if anything has changed since last time we spoke to them and there are NO gang members on premises. Thank you for your stay.

Plenty of room

This is a beautiful property and great location. It was nice to have covered parking and the ability to park multiple vehicles in the driveway. This is a very quiet community and great for walking. The local park is beautiful and an easy walk from the home. The park has great playgrounds, walking trails and views to just sit by the water. The home had almost everything we needed- could have used a few more coffee cups and plastic ware dishes. There were only 5 in the house and we are all coffee drinkers. So we were always short- luckily the tea drinkers were late risers. There were ample towels and having a washer and dryer makes it easy to wash them as needed! We really appreciated the 3rd bathroom/laundry room with a step in shower. Make it much easier for our older traveler. We would encourage you all to check the shower door- it needs some attention to seal when shut. We had a wonderful stay and when we did have a question the response was exceptional. We had a family emergency and needed to leave early and the notification process was so simple with the Alexa. We hope to visit again.

Turtle Crossing Rental

The rental was fine for rooms, kitchen and laundry facilities, etc. Our complaint was that it needed a better cleaning. Also, there were smart TVs in every room and a Spectrum remote, but no instructions how to actually get to the cable stations.
